Farhin took the time to show us how to use the program, gave us everything we would need to get started, and followed up to see how things were going. My son has been using the device since December and has shown some positive effects. He notices it specifically as it relates to his ability to concentrate while reading. He had been having trouble with tracking lines across a page. He also says he feels "calmer" (a kid of few words!) Since we had the device at home, I was also able to use it (unlimited during the rental!). I went into it with no expectations one way or the other. I really just wanted to use it as a way to force myself to sit still and meditate to get myself in a better spot overall after having experienced a few years of high stress due to a family health situation. What I have observed for myself after two months of very consistent use is that my anxiety is greatly reduced, my brain fog is down, and I feel like my brain isn't being "squeezed" anymore. I am able to concentrate more at work. I very much look forward to the end of the day when I do my sessions - they are quite relaxing. I'm in healthcare myself and checked her credentials and history, so I am well aware of who she is and her reputation. I had the spinal injection which I was told should hold off the pain for at least a year. It lasted about 10 - 14 days only. I called to make another appointment and the office person, "Jessica" states "you were supposed to check in with us", no one told me this and I thought Dr's checked in on their patients, not vice versa? I mean this whole thing cost me over $2,000 for about 5 minutes of her time. I never saw her pre or post injection either, which also seemed odd. In any event, I asked to speak with the Practice Manager but so far, no call from her (Kathy). Jessica has no inter-personal skills and is always a bit rude, in my opinion. I do take into account that I'm in constant pain and therefore, I have a very low tolerance for rudeness. I hate to switch Dr's, but happily will as I have no willingness to be treated poorly. Good customer service and follow-up in healthcare is paramount and all physician offices need to know this! Jessica may wish to find another vocation as patient care/empathy is not her strong point. I hope Dr. Stackniak sees this and takes appropriate action.

When I had a hard time finding someone who could take my 8-month year old son for feeding therapy, Kelly got us on her schedule. She was a huge relief during a stressful time. Over the next several months, Kelly worked with him weekly on both OT exercises and helping him improve his muscle structure in his mouth to learn to chew his food rather than thrust it out of his mouth (which you can imagine is very stressful for a baby starting solids). She was a calming and reassuring presence each week. She taught me exercises and techniques to use at home between sessions and was always available if I had questions or concerns (I haven't experienced that amazing level of support anywhere else for either of my children when they've needed medical care). She would send me details on what to bring for each session which made me feel confident too. She was flexible with which location we held our sessions which helped this working mother be able to get her son to the appointments. Thanks to Kelly's expertise we made huge strides and helped get my son back on track with his eating and be able to add more and more foods into his meals. I am so grateful for our experience working with Kelly. Now that we've finished our therapy program all I can say is that I miss seeing and working with her each week. Highly recommend Kelly!

This clinic's conduct reflects a profound disregard for basic ethical standards in mental health…read morecare. I was notified through a brief, impersonal email that my therapist "will not be continuing to work with [this] company", without any dates indicating when care would end or had already ended, and with no advance notice, no transition plan, no referrals, and no effort to ensure continuity of care. The therapist I worked with, Whitney Scheef, LPC, was exceptional--highly skilled, compassionate, and genuinely trauma-informed. Any progress or sense of safety in treatment was due entirely to her professionalism, not this organization. The contrast between her ethical care and the clinic's conduct is stark. Abruptly disrupting trauma therapy without appropriate planning directly contradicts established professional ethics. The APA Ethics Code (Standard 10.10) explicitly requires reasonable efforts made to ensure continuity of care when services are interrupted. Similarly, principles of nonmaleficence and beneficence require organizations and clinics to actively prevent harm--not create it through administrative negligence. Trauma therapy relies on stability, trust, and predictability. This clinic demonstrated none of these. Instead, clients, including I, were treated as interchangeable accounts rather than human beings engaged in vulnerable, high-risk therapeutic work. This either suggests a lack of ethical competence or a willful disregard for client welfare. If you are considering this practice, understand this clearly: when faced with an ethical responsibility to protect vulnerable clients, this clinic chose convenience and abdication of duty.
