The variety was fantastic -- from the California Chicken Wrap with Avocado and Turkey Club Sandwich with Bacon, to the Roast Beef, Goat Cheese, and Spinach Croissant. The salads and bowls were just as popular, especially the Green Goddess Salad with Grilled Chicken and the Southwest Bowl. We also had several guests with dietary restrictions, and Kate's made it effortless with thoughtful vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, including a Grilled Vegetable Wrap with Hummus and a Mediterranean Bowl that our vegetarian guests raved about. Every box also came beautifully finished with fresh fruit, a baked dessert, and all the right extras -- it really showed in the presentation. Logistically, everything was seamless.
