Before the appointment, I sent Christine reference photos of exactly how I wanted my dog's face and body groomed. Unfortunately, my dog's face was nothing like the photos, the ears weren't trimmed or blended, and the sanitary area wasn't shaved properly. Her explanation was that my dog wasn't staying still, but I expected much better from someone with years of experience. What disappointed me even more was Christine's attitude. While I was calmly speaking with customer service about my concerns, she closed the door in my face, turned on her music, and drove off. I was never rude or confrontational. The customer service representative handled everything professionally, and I truly appreciate their help. Unfortunately, Christine's work and behavior completely ruined what started as a great experience.

She tried to make extra money off of me by giving the bogus excuse that there was "fine print" on her coupon. My dog came back scared and with ribbons in a male dogs ears. I called Loving Touch Mobile Dog Groomer and left a message. Kelli called me back the same evening, late, after she got home from a long day grooming. Then a couple of days before she came one of the other groomers I had previously called left me a message that she had a cancellation the next day - the nerve, she never originally called me back. My shy puppy greets her like a long lost friend. We discuss his personality and my concerns, how the best to groom him. She really took her time and did an amazing job. I really liked her so much. She had to be exhausted as this was her last appointment for the day. But you could not tell, her attitude remained cheerful and patient the whole time. He looked amazing! My shaggy puppy disappeared and this handsome little guy showed up. Over time as his coat grew in I was so pleased. It really is an art knowing what length to cut different areas and where to cut. Kelli is an artist and a dog whisperer.
