Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were trying to get hearing aids for my aging (and very strong-willed) mother, and Dave has worked one-on-one with her over several days. She really enjoyed the times that she was able to spend with him. (He even visited her at her assisted-living facility!) We are still in the evaluation period (she is now wearing the hearing aids) and we will make a decision in a couple of weeks. Dave has been with us every step of the way...that is worth a LOT to me. I am 47 years old and have a pretty good hearing loss in both ears. I used the Hearing Connection for my service. I can not say enough about their help. Both Dave and the Front desk lady were very friendly and helpful. Dave took the time to really explain things to me and work with me. I WILL recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. At Associated Audiologists on St. Claire - I have had disappointing service. My first doctor…read moreassigned to me cancelled two appointments the day of scheduled visits. I was re-assigned to Katherine Rhoads who is very nice and believe is very competent. Today I had a scheduled follow up appointment with AA. I was called Friday to conform the appointment for 9:00 this morning. I arrived a bit early and was asked for my new insurance card (which I provided). Then I was asked for my Medicare Card (which I am not sure I even have one). I offered to provide my Medicare number but the receptionist said she required my Medicare card. I have been on Medicare for 4 years and have never been asked for this before; not from Associated Audiologists and not from my PCP, Ortho, NKC Hospital, Dentist Neurologist etc.. Now just for the record, Medicare has zero hearing aid benefits - Zero. I am the one paying the bill. So this is the 3rd time I had an appointment from this provider that was not honored. THE THIRD TIME!!!! Very disappointing after spending $4000 on hearing aids.

I am going to be my son's voice and I am going to tell everyone his story and his untimely, wrongful death. I will make sure they know of Every painful cry he made for help, every day he could not eat, every time he had to sit in his vomit, and how many minutes each time. I wont forget to tell about the responses he would hear, or the many nights he spent moaning in tremendous pain. Or how he was subjected to abuse by fellow man. So incredibly hard it is to hear one of your own in such a horrible place, beg you, "please dont let me die here." "Why do they hate me?" "Why are they so mean to me?" My son is no longer in the clutches of this terrible place, No longer will he be someone who you treat so badly with evil tone and sarcastic mouth. They killed my 34 year old son! He weighed 94 lbs! Nothing was charted! My audio recordings prove everything!

He will go out of his way to help you find exactly what you need to fit your lifestyle or set you up with a plan. I personally am going to go in this summer to see if he can put me on something to get my body back to the way it used to be. Being in the military my body gets beat up a lot and I plan on starting to work out more. Austin is probably one of the only people that I trust to help me, and to better me. He does not do the business gig where they say you need this and you need that, but he actually will give you what is best for you. His prices at this store are very competitive against other big chain supplement stores. I would say give this place a shot if you are in town!!!
