Five stars for Kelly and Dr. Mehdi Khosh as they are wonderful. ZERO Stars for Dr. Farhang Khosh…read moreas he was rude and condescending. One Example: He asked was the M stood for on my tshirt. I said m&ms because I love them and eat them everyday and night. He looked at me as said "No wonder you look like that". In my defense, I am 5'1" and 110# and work out consistently. Needless to say my female body image complex kicked in, and I worried about my physical presence for some time. That was a comment I didn't need to hear nor was it called for. I won't be back.

Went for about a week thinking my intestine had blown a hole. Finally I could no longer stand it…read moreso I went to the ER. Before I could even sit down I was taken in, given pain medication, whisked off to get a cat scan and returned to the ER. They found the problem and it got fixed. The Doctors, the nurses, the radiologist were just so understanding, professional and just all around great people. I would recommend the EK VA Medical Center Emergency Room every day of the week and twice on Sundays. I use the EKVAMC on a regular basis for Physical Therapy, regular medical treatment and for my Pharmaceutical needs. The Physical Therapy section is absolutely fantastic. They have helped me fix problems that I have lived with for years. I am sure there is no better place to go for PT. The Red Team is absolutely responsive, you are taken care of in a very reasonable time frame. I use the My Healthy Web Site to communicate and always get a response within 24 hours but mostly less than 4 hours.

Teresa cares about you and I've seen her go the extra mile more than once to care for people. I did the $199 pkg with a month of the Red Light Therapy Full Body Bed, alternating with the IR Sauna for detoxing. Go to FOX Dental, you wont regret it and will thank me later…read more Issues started with a couple crowns not being right which are still not right. Family friends children departed also due to incorrect crowns, which this office strangely has you sign contracts for the warranty on them so you cant leave. Over the years spent well over $6K with this office and was about to spend another several thousand $, but thankfully woke up and will spend that with a dentist who is more focused on great experiences rather than $. I began to notice this $ focus about the third cleaning when the hygienist constantly tried to upsell me. I had to switch hygienist it was so annoying, plus she was very aggressive on my teeth. Second, when asking questions on billing, the front desk lady Mona had a temper tantrum in front of customers. Final draw was when I went in for a service and was told it would be no charge on "3" different occasions, one while sitting in the chair. Next week, got a bill. Called to discuss it with Kelly who only returns calls when, you guessed it, $ is due. All that came of that convo was disregard of being told there would be no charges and repeating argument that all services are ran through insurance and the bill is due. All around poor experience, poor attitudes, lack of knowledge of crowns, and $ over customer experience.

The real heroes were the nursing staff and I honestly owe all the wonderful ladies that cared for my mom everything. Emily, Jodi, Sami, Dorothy, Autumn, Jodie, Kaylee, Melissa, Sarah, Michele, Elisa, and Ashley you all have a special place in my heart forever and I consider you all true angels. I can never thank you enough and bless all of you. If you have a loved one that needs hospice care please go to the hospice house it's simply amazing even under the hard and terrible circumstances they're needed for.
