What they gave me was a cup of milk. When I asked them about it they told me they had used less syrup but it's a sweet cream base with syrup?! Who would order that? She then dumped some cream to add more syrup but thats still not a Hokkaido milk tea?! There's absolutely no black tea or brown sugar at all im this drink. I asked for a remake or another drink but they refused. The lady was at least attempting to make things right. The guy making the drinks had the worst attitude.

Where do i begin…read more... I began my journey at PUSH a little over 3 years ago. I think for anyone who has been out of the fitness game for a while, coming back in can definitely be intimidating, scary, and sometimes discouraging. Im so happy THIS is where i began... it was nothing like i'd feared. The trainers are all so Knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming! You really begin to feel like you are a part of something bigger, a fitness family that is constantly PUSHing eachother to do better, work harder, and grind a little more every day. I do personal training with Mike Contreras, who is amazing at what he does with every client, just like all the Push trainers are! Not only do they offer personal training, but athletic, crossfit, and physical therapy. To top it off and one stop shop that offers a shake/meal prep bar and chiropractor. 3 years later, -80lbs (still a bit to go), I've seen my body, STRENGTH, and own self confidence grow. Im not so hell bent on numbers on a scale, but what my body is capable of; endurance, strength. It wouldn't have been possible without the daily inspiration i get from my PUSH family. Thank you guys for all your patience and motivation!

Once I got in my car, I looked up the protein and it was 49.99 without 30% off. I actually called after being recommended by my doctor at MyHealth Primary Care Clinic literally right before closing, and Siblante still got me in for one of the last appointments of the day which I really appreciated. They checked my blood pressure first, made sure I was okay for treatment, and the staff was very patient with me even though my veins are terrible and roll a lot The space itself was surprisingly relaxing too. During my IV session I was in a room with red light therapy, vibroacoustic massage chair features, infrared therapy, and a really calming atmosphere overall. I got fluids plus a Vitamin B shot and honestly felt like a completely different person afterward. I walked in weak and foggy and left actually feeling human again. I've always been skeptical of IV places because you hear horror stories online, but this place felt professional, clean, medically supervised, and not pushy at all. They also offer: * Vitamin shots * NAD therapy * Hyperbaric oxygen therapy * Immunity and energy IVs * Infrared sauna services Ended up paying around $200 which honestly was cheaper than urgent care would've been for me even with insurance. Very thankful they were able to help me when I felt absolutely awful.

Weight loss is not easy! I decided to invest in my life. I am overweight and I don't eat super…read moreunhealthy or drink alcohol very often, I exercise some but it is so hard for me to lose weight. When I diet I lose 10 pounds then I plateau and gain everything back in a heartbeat practically. I get it is about lifestyle change but it is still hard to break habits. Today with just my first coaching lesson I learned so much as to why my body reacts the way it does. My body is in metabolic syndrome. I see the stats out there that the number one cause of death in America is obesity. Those obesity related diseases are killing us. I don't want that to be me. I decided to take charge of my life today. I know how to eat healthy. I know what I need to do but I am not getting it done by myself. I need to change my weight loss game so I decided to invest in a coach so I can win at this game of life. If you want to learn to play tennis you take lessons. When my children learned to drive I instantly signed them up in driving school. So it finally clicks after years of on and off again weight loss. I need help. I need to understand my body. I need to learn what is best for me. I need a professional. I kept thinking it was crazy to pay for someone to say "you shouldn't eat that" but how many times do you see someone on a cover of a magazine cuz they lost weight. I always think "whoopie they lost weight". But then again it so hard. And yes it is a newsworthy story when someone actually achieves weight lose. I also need accountability to my pocketbook and to someone who genuinely cares about my health. And that is what I got today. This coaching is very specialized. You start filling out a form and answering basic questions. They take your blood pressure. They do a body fat analysis. They also ask you to get some very specific blood tests done. With all this data they can tell you what is going on with your body and what needs to change. Today was my first experience and I learned so much. I didn't know and I study this stuff pretty often. Water amounts, proteins amounts supplement amounts have often confused me but when I had a coach look at my personal data and give me direction. I already feel a sense of accomplishment. The visit is about 2 hours and some change depending on your needs. it is in an office complex with many other businesses. And it is by appointment only. All of which I am fine with. They don't have a dedicated office space and use one of those multi-plex office spaces. This business runs efficiently and thank God because I thought it was going to be really expensive but honestly it was so reasonable. The staff doesn't rush and they really want to get to know you and exactly what needs; they can help you with. It is truly a tailored plan. I will update my review with my progress. I feel Like I am in good hands.
