I came in here to check things out for the first time. I was completely ignored by the staff here. After checking in I'm waiting for help a group of employees are busy having a conversation to help me and another employee looked at me and then decided the phone was more important than a customer standing there. Once I did get help I asked to look a product, the bud tender threw it on the counter, and after that I decided this place was not worth my money. i've been coming here and ordering delivery from here since 2022 and it used to be awesome, my favorite place. However, recently they have gone super downhill. They increased their minimum delivery to $65 before tax so i now have to end up spending a minimum of $80 total every time. The last phone call i had with them to order delivery was the worst. I spoke to 3 different people for some reason, the first two seemed to have no knowledge of the products or even the ordering process until finally i spoke to the person i normally speak to when i order on the phone and he got it done quickly. Every time i call in now for delivery i get put on hold. It used to be way more efficient...Not sure what's going on with the management but i'm starting to stray away based on my recent experiences. read more
