Manton failed to answer inquiries from the client, real estate agent and State and Federal representatives from May 2024 to August 2025. The State and Federal files were closed and required refiling by the parties in the sales transaction. Attty. Manton will not return calls and nor does the law firm. Sales transaction was closed by another law firm.
