They also typically do not do embroidery for a one unit order, but he made the exception, which was really wonderful of him as I needed my medical school white coat embroidered and there aren't many places for embroidery in Marin County. Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. I created what I wanted to be put on the hoodies and went online to make an order with plenty of time before Christmas. 2 days before Christmas, I get an email saying my order was canceled!! So Christmas I had no hoodies ! I looked to find a print place that was open on New years Eve and found icustom. It is 2 hours' drive for me from my place . When I got there and spoke with Mido. I told him I wanted 2 hoodies and what i had in mind ,and he had me email the pictures. He asked me if i could come back for them the following day . I told him I lived 2 hours away, and I wouldn't be able to. He was very understanding and gave me a chair to sit down. He worked on his computer and printed out the designs I emailed him. They were absolutely perfect. He asked for my opinion for sizing and placement, so it was just the way I was hoping it would be . I was so excited ! The color came out so awesome on the black hoodies ! I couldn't wait to give them to my son and daughter. He was able to finish them for me, and I left with two beautiful custom hoodies..
