After several inquiries (one with no response), I was informed of injuries and a family death that caused delays. Not once have the owners reached out to me, on their own, with updates or any information. Now it's March, 2021 and the business has posted numerous new hats on their Instagram feed over the past two months. Inquired over month ago about my hat status and was told my hat was "in the next batch". New hats continue to be posted but still no updates from the business about my hat. I inquire on Instagram about my hat ETA. Get contacted from the business. I express frustration seeing so many new hats posted on Instagram with zero, unsolicited, contact from them only to be told my order was being cancelled and they would reimburse my deposit. Received the full reimbursement of my deposit and agree it's not a good idea to support this local business that has such poor customer service. I understand things happen and these hats are like artwork that take time but considering all the issues the business has experienced I'd expect them to reach out to me to keep me updated and I'd expect a hat that was ordered so long ago, with a sizable deposit, would be a priority. Unfortunately this was not the case.

The store has a fine inventory and all four of us were excited to make purchases. After trying on several $200-$300 pairs of boots with the intention to buy, the manager approached us while we were sitting on the bench in the boot area. He asked how we were doing to which we replied that we were fine, trying on boots and then joked that we were now just feeling lazy because of the heat. Without making eye contact or skipping beat, he replied, "well go be lazy somewhere else". The response was so out of bounds that we weren't sure whether he was joking or not. We quickly realized he was not. I will never go back to his shop and can safely say that he lost four expensive sales that afternoon.

Magnets, mugs, bags, shirts, sweatshirts, kids and baby shirts, bandanas, stickers, postcards (see my photos). Everything you won't find in the "other" Taos souvenir shops. Most of their stuff is a "play on words" with everything New Mexico. Simply cool and hip one of a kind stuff. I could go on and on. Misprinted items are highly marked down which is a super bonus, so don't forget to check the racks. They also serve as a print shop and have done work for my friend's B and B in Taos (Blue Sky Retreat) - little plug. Blue Sky loves the work that has been done for them.
