The only downfall was that the workers came around rushing us to finish our drinks and get out because they're closing up. Must be a culture thing, we've definitely stayed longer than we were supposed to have in American places and they just waited, yes, i know, we were wrong for staying, we just lost track of time, and always made sure to tip well! But here they aren't afraid to say hey, we're closing, get out! ok ok a lot nicer but basically same message. :) But other than that, I would come back for sure, service was great otherwise.

If you are after something more substantial then there is the restaurant to the side which is relaxed well staffed. With fantastic prices such as 3 courses for £9.99 you can't go wrong. The staff are all excellent and the pub landlord runs a very tight ship which is what makes it such a great place to go. This is why when you go in you will find all age ranges from young to old. Seven years after first getting a pint in here it has now been the recipient of a very sympathetic makeover as part of becoming a community pub.
