The property is poorly maintained and tenants frequently have to close temporarily due to leaks and plumbing issues for which they are never compensated. I know one tenant who was shut down for at least 2 months due to a plumbing-related problem. Another tenant was forced to move to a different location due to persistent leaks that were never repaired. Peet's in Walnut Square is plagued by problems (incl. rats). Maintenance issues as well as poor communication and callous disrespect led my partner to leave. I am writing this to warn prospective Walnut Square tenants as there are several vacancies. Don't fall for a slick sales pitch from Santino--you will regret it.
