When the actual work began we found there was serious hidden damage (rot) that he could never have seen until he tore off siding. He stuck with us; found ways to complete the job in the most cost efficient methods possible, and stuck with us until the job was finished; even though he had other bigger jobs waiting. We couldn't be more pleased with the job or with the way he completed it. Not only are Anthony and Missy a pleasure to deal with; their employees are hardworking, trustworthy and do fantastic work. They came out in a very timely manner and got right to the problem and had it fixed before they left. I honestly thought they'd have to identify the problem, go get supplies, etc. and come back another day to fix it. I really expected it to be an ordeal. It wasn't! They had everything they needed and were very efficient; very knowledgeable too! Right here before Christmas, I feel very thankful that they were able to get to my problem and fix it. The only two outlets in my kitchen weren't working at all and, if not for Wilbanks, it could have been a real inconvenience. I also really appreciate how friendly and respectful they are with each other as they work. It's refreshing to see that!
