Her depth of local knowledge, her years of experience as a realtor, her work ethic, her attention to detail and to looking out for our interests, and her warm personality all combined to make what could have been a very difficult experience run smoothly. She did a couple FaceTime walkthroughs of the property with us, paying as close attention to the condition of the property as we would have, and found excellent inspectors and repair persons. She communicated with us regularly, and was very responsive when we communicated with her. We have no reservations recommending her to anyone looking for property on the Central Coast. She's excellent!

Although the market was down at the time, they managed to sell our home in only 2-3 weeks and it closed shortly thereafter. Jessica and Summer are experienced, professional and easy to work with. We were able to move out before putting our home on the market. Summer did a fantastic job of staging it and they kept it looking good throughout the sales period, even though we had already moved out. They are dependable and honest and understand the complexity of home sales, such as transferring a solar lease. They even forwarded our mail and watered a few plants during the sales period. Thanks, Jessica & Summer!!!!

She was so helpful through our search, as non-local buyers in a very competitive market. She did so much to help us find the perfect place. While I know she was working with others at the same time, we always felt as if we were her only clients. Diligent, honest, informed, trustworthy and responsive are what you get with Terri. Just recently, we had a property to sell and there was no question we'd be working with Terri. She gave us great insight into what we needed to do to get it ready to list and we had it sold and transaction completed in record time. Five years ago we thought we found the greatest real estate agent, but then realized that we met a wonderful new friend.

Cassandra and Shonda are a fabulous team…read more When I decided to sell my home, I appreciated how Cassandra asked insightful questions to clarify my needs and provided helpful pointers to prepare the property for sale. Even when we encountered a complex issue with the septic system, Cassandra's help in finding an expert to implement a solution was invaluable. Once the solution was implemented, the team went to work guiding me through the process and paperwork to list my home (made those tasks so easy.) They kept in constant contact updating me with each viewing and in just four days after listing my home was sold. Cassandra and Shonda's market expertise, attention to detail, guidance, and frequent communication made all the difference throughout this process. I highly recommend Merrill & Associates!

Cassandra Merrill provided a highly professional real estate service, while also bringing a true…read moreempathetic approach to service. My circumstances involved selling the home of my recently deceased sister while I did not live in California. Cassandra took control of the situation offering practical suggestions on how to dispose of my sister's furniture, making sure the home was in tip top condition to sell, and assisting me through the very confusing process of selling a property in California. Her commission structure is extremely competitive, her plan for marketing the property was thorough, and she communicated weekly on the progress of the sale. The house was listed in December (not a great time) and was sold in May. While she is definitely someone you would want to work with to sell your property, more importantly, she is someone you would want as a friend. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling a property.

So we decided to sell our new home, even though it would be at a significant loss. Kellie Williams handled both of those transactions. From day one she was the consummate professional. She clearly knew her stuff. She knew the area, the people, the building codes, and all those little things that can help a person to find what they want and then assure that the deal will go through. And she was warm and kind and it was a pleasure to be working with her. When we decided that we needed to sell, Kellie was equally helpful and she went out of her way to make the whole transaction as painless and economically beneficial for us as possible, including significantly lowering her commission. Kellie Williams lives and breathes real estate and is dedicated to public service. Lots of people say that they put their customers first, but that is usually baloney. For Kellie, taking good care of people is clearly her mission in life. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work with many realtors and Kellie is, by far, the best.
