We had been looking to relocate and retire to California for several years. Searching for a home over a 2300+ mile distance is difficult. We were introduced to Lorelei Komm in early 2026. We met her online and she listened to what we were looking for. She did video walk throughs of several properties and patiently helped us navigate finding the right home. We really appreciate Lorelei's professionalism and honesty. Her help during and after the purchase of our Paso Robles home has been exceptional. We highly recommend her! read more

We hired Lorelei to sell my mother's home in Paso Robles. She and her team handled EVERYTHING, from the coordination of removing left-over items from the house, home inspections, hiring of vendors to address issues discovered from the inspections and hiring vendors to conduct various improvements to the property prior to selling. We firmly believe this had a positive impact on the overall selling price we were able to obtain. Lorelei and Val did a tremendous job with the professional marketing of the property and the house sold very soon after the official listing. I would definitely recommend Lorelei Komm Real Estate if you are looking for a professional realtor in the San Luis Obispo county area. read more

Lorelei advised us on how to get our home ready to be put on the market, which was invaluable in being able to get multiple offers and to be able to sell our home well above our asking price. She was also top notch in advertising and having several open houses in a short period of time. Over 50 people came to the first open house. On every offer we received, she made sure they were qualified and serious buyers, talking with their mortgage brokers and with their realtors. She also spent a lot of time with us before the house was listed getting us up to speed on what we needed to know about the process of selling a home and also in making a plan for how to get the house ready to make the biggest impact on the market. She advised us to have the house staged, which we believed made it much more attractive and enticing to potential buyers. We accepted an offer eight days after it was listed, having received seven offers. Escrow closed ten days later, which meant from listing to close of escrow was only eighteen days! We were amazed by Lorelei"s knowledge, skill and expertise in educating us and in navigating the housing market, dealing with all the nuances of this complex transaction. She exceeded all of our expectations in getting so many offers, selling the house in such a short time and in getting us a great price! read more

Lorelei Keim is the best realtor in the USA! My attorney referred her to me; and Lorelei was absolutely exceptional. I live on the East Coast and was charged with selling my mother's home. She told me how to position the property on the market; and provided excellent vendors to paint, refurbish the hardwoods, stage and do odd jobs to make the house absolutely shine. Lorelei marketed the property in dozens of publications and websites; hosted a realtors caravan and two Open Houses; accepted a total of 20 offers; organized them all in a spreadsheet so that I could choose the buyer; and kept me informed every step of the way. She and her team are the ultimate professionals. I would recommend her services to anyone selling or buying property in the Bay Area. She is absolutely awesome. AWESOME! read more

Lorelei and her team have been absolutely amazing. We first met Lorelei in 2007 when she sold us our townhouse on Hobart. Six years and two little boys later, we contacted Lorelei again to help us sell our Hobart home, which she did with class - the staging was unbelievable and the buzz she created was amazing. During this time we also met Matthew Leckey for the first time, who helped us navigate the purchase of our new home. Matthew went above and beyond to both understand and be patient with our needs. He personally negotiated the home we just bought, and we truly believe that it was his presentation that gave us an edge. He is also now a great family friend. We highly recommend Lorelei and her team. We have no hesitation referring them to our closest friends. Thanks guys! read more

I recently referred one of my clients to Lorelei. She handled them with the utmost care, attention and skill. Not only is she expert at her craft but she is a warm, caring person. Lorelei and team are incredible! She helped us buy our first home in South San Francisco more than 10 years ago. She just helped us sell that same house in 2011. We just got our check, so the entire process took less than 2 months! Even in this economy, her real estate experience and marketing expertise helped us avoid a loss on the house, and we had 5 offers after the first showing! She has extensive knowledge of the legal issues that can complicate a home sale, and her belief in always being up-front and honest with all parties during the process made any negotiations quick and easy. Definitely will recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the San Mateo/Bay Area. read more

I worked with Lorelei and Matt to buy my house in Belmont in 2012, and then again to sell it in 2015. I have to say both experiences were really great. Matt made the process of viewing properties, writing an offer, getting inspections, and finding a loan very easy. I found a great house and was able get it despite there being another offer. Selling the house worked out really well. Matt helped me prepare the house for listing by recommending painting, cleaning, and staging. Those things really paid off and I was able to get a really good offer on the place. Selling a home can be stressful, and Matt helped to make things easier on me. I would definitely recommend working with Lorelei and Matt. read more

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Lorelei to explore a move to the San Luis Obispo area. From the first exploratory phone call, to our property search, to finding the perfect home, to writing the offer -- Lorelei was exemplary. She took the time to get to know us, understand our needs and desires, and enthusiastically share Central California with us. We felt warmly welcomed to the area and Lorelei went beyond her realtor's role to recommend restaurants, hikes and a range of other activities with us. We cannot recommend Lorelei highly enough to anyone considering buying or selling a home in the area. She is professional, personable, and an overall joy to work with. read more

I have known Lorelei for over 5 years now. She is a real Pro, when it comes to being a Realtor. Her knowledge of the market, experience, and attention to detail are qualities that you will find in her if you choose to have her represent you in a transaction. Her backround in the law is also a huge plus for being her client. read more

I thought I knew what to expect having interviewed and selected realtors in the past. But Lorelei is truly exceptional. She is completely transparent about the pro's and cons of each option. She walked us through the process from deciding when to sell, how to market and what to do to make the house ready for sale. We were doubtful that the small cosmetic changes she recommended--new counters, interior paint and some light fixtures--would make a difference. Boy were we glad we followed her advice. And she made it soooo easy. Her team handled every one of the many details, from handling the paperwork, to selecting contractors, to tracking payments, to managing the date and flow. I have been recommending her to everyone. In two weeks the house sold for well above asking. She is amazing. read more

Thank goodness to Lorelei and her team! I first met Lorelei 5 years ago when she helped me buy my house. She was professional and helpful then that I knew I would use her when I sold. Well I just sold! She was an excellent marketer, answered all my questions, and helped me through the process, every step of the way. She is definitely the best around. I plan on using her services for my next purchase. You can't go wrong with Lorelei! read more

I Worked with Lorelei and her team to sell a house in San Mateo where my mom lived for many years. She and her team were totally professional and really went all out to help me prepare the house for sale. We were in a good market, but probably selling off peak, but Lorelei guided me through the whole process and made my mom and I feel comfortable that we chose the right person. She knows the market and what it takes to get the best price for the house. I believe we were able to accomplish that with multiple offers over the asking price. Her team is really 'full service' as they took the initiative to assist in preparing for listing the property and made use of her local contacts to help find vendors who could help get the house ready. I highly recommend Lorelei and her team if you are looking to buy or sell real estate on the peninsula. I could not be happier with her work. read more

Lorelei Keim and Matthew.Leckey helped us purchased our first home in the bay area when we moved here a year ago. We can't be any happier with our new home! Matthew is a very patient and knowledgeable agent. We were to buy a home in the late summer when the inventory was very low. Matthew always respond to our emails and calls in a few hours and sometime schedule a showing in the same day. Lorelei has great experience in the bay area, she always give us valuable advice when it comes to the decision time. We would strongly recommend Lorelei and Matthew! Loerlei is by far the best realtor I've ever seen. I friend of ours referred her. The friend told me she's good news for both the seller and the buyers. That was so right! She did a fabulous job as our listing agent. She is probably the most organized person you could find. She optimized the selling process and her team was like a well lubricated machine. She handled everything from the initial house cleaning, staging design, staging, compiling the disclosures, etc. The open house was very well organized. We had some 120+ foot traffic in a weekend. Her work was super consistent. She followed up with every person showed interest and kept all up-to-date on disclosure updates. She gave us key advise on selling strategies, which paid off with many great offers. We sold the house in two weeks with a very good price. And in between, all we did was giving her the keys. read more

I have now had 2 transactions with Lorelei Komm & Associates. One about 8 years ago (2006), and most recently (2013) a sale of our family home for a down sizing move. The entire team was amazing. if you listen to her advice and following their plan you will earn top dollar for the sale of your house. On a purchase, she is constantly reviewing the market trends and only work with the best mortgage bankers. Lorelei utilizes her utmost professionalism as do all of her team members. I won't work with any other real estate team. Of particular note: do not balk at staging costs, and small things to do to get your house ready for market-she knows what she's doing- and both times I have done what her team prescribed and I know that allowed me to get top market price for my sales. If you are unsure...have her give you my # and call me for a personal reference. read more

Lorelei and Matthew helped me buy my home in 2011, and now four years later, they have just helped me sell it. Before selling the house, Lorelei took time to understand my financial goals, making absolutely sure I didn't want to keep the house as a rental instead. She is not just in this business for a quick profit, but truly enjoys helping people be successful and happy with their home ownership. Matthew and Lorelei made everything easy. They explained every piece of paper I was signing and had the pros and cons of every option. Lorelei's intelligence, logic, understanding, innate wisdom and amazing interpersonal skills made me certain that my financial decisions were in great hands. Both Matthew and Lorelei communicate very well with each other and with their clients. I knew how things were progressing at every step, and the process could not have gone more smoothly. With Lorelei's strong moral integrity coupled with her background as an attorney, her real estate service is rare and exceptional. I would recommend her and Matthew to anyone looking to buy or sell, and who is lucky enough to be in their area. read more

Lorelei and Matt helped us find a great house very quickly. Lorelei seemed genuinely interested in finding the right home for our family. She spent time learning about what we desired and then in less than 2 weeks she found us something that hit on almost all of our 'wish list' items! The market seemed competitive for buyers with low inventory while we were looking. Thankfully, Lorelei seems to have a great relationship with many local realtors, and I think that helped us get the house we wanted. I also really liked that Lorelei likes to do things the right way and maintains very high ethical standards in terms of loyalty to the client. Lorelei and Matt are attentive, responsive, and just generally wonderful! We are so happy they were able to help us find our home. read more

Lorelei and Matt are the absolute best, I can't say enough about how helpful they were throughout the process of buying our house in Menlo Park, and really spot on when it came to coming up with a winning offer. They are trusted by other realtors, which can give a buyer an edge when there are competing offers. I will recommend them to anyone I know buying a house on the Peninsula. read more

Lorelei Keim, has been nothing but amazing through the sale process of my family's home. There is no easy way to get through a sale in this market and having an agent consistently pull out all the stops with every hurdle encountered makes all the difference in ultimately closing, and this is what Lorelei did with our property. Considering everything it took to get through all the dysfunctional bank processes and red tape, legal and HOA documents, there was really not much in it financially for Lorelei - but it meant everything to my family's financial future. We were in a difficult situation where job relocation required us to move and were under water in our condo and had to leave the bay area. Lorelei remained in constant contact with us, the banks, HOA and others. She also lined up buyer after buyer to ensure the highest possibility of selling our property. And ultimately made it happen. This message does not even begin to do justice to the amount of work she put into selling our property. Please consider this message as a strong recommendation to use Lorelei in any of your future real estate transactions. She has helped to put us in the best place possible with the sale of our property, and to her we owe our gratitude of thanks. Tom S. and Family read more

Lorelei Keim is superb - and really the best person to hire as your agent. She truly puts the Clint's need first (not hers). Her team is top notch. Every referral Lorelei has made (property managers, mortgage brokers, architects, contractors, etc.) has been excellent. I've worked with Loreelei twice over the last 4 years - and she is just exceptional. I really cannot say enough good things about Lorelei and her team. Best in the business. read more

My husband and I have bought and sold multiple properties in three states and in our experience, there are few, if any, agents who come up to Lorelei in terms of her professionalism, intelligence, empathy and business savvy. She has offered us sound advice which we have followed and gone beyond the normal realtor/client to ensure that our decisions were first and foremost most beneficial to ourselves. In our experience Lorelei is rare - a professional who knows her business thoroughly and a person who conducts herself ethically and compassionately. I cannot give her 6 stars so 5 stars will have to do. read more

Lorelei, Matthew and the rest of the team are the gold standard in real estate. We just purchased as well as sold a home using their services and couldn't be happier with the experience and results. What you get when you hire them is incredible real estate experience -- knowledge of the area, market trends, insightful feedback on the objective quality of a listing -- but also a superior understanding of the many critical legal/regulatory issues tied to selling/buying real estate (I believe Lorelei holds a law degree which makes her a truly fantastic resource during the most stressful part of the transaction process). One thing we would like to call out is the spectacular staging job Lorelei and her contractors did on the property we sold -- we were frankly skeptical at first that any sort of investment was needed on that front... and we are so glad we took her advice and let her staging guru do her job. It paid off big time. If you're looking for a team of real estate agents that will represent you in a stellar way, act with integrity and go above and beyond to deliver, look no further than Lorelei, Matthew and co. read more
