Restaurant entrance (second floor of mall) - VN

Buenos Aires has two Cafe's and this one was close to where we were staying. If you're visiting the Recoleta cemetery, you're super close! Head to the mall that's literally attached to the cemetery just north of the entry gate. ROCK SHOP: Merchandise selection, especially the tshirts were so minimal in variety. Last on my list are their original white logo shirts, but I luckily found something that satisfied me. $35 is absurd for a shirt, but that's the asking price! Collecting can be expensive, lol. Because we spent over $1,500 pesos, we got a free tank top! SERVICE: Excellent, terrific and from-the-heart are the words to describe the gal who helped us find sizes, even putting on shirts to see how they'd fit a friend of similar size back home. Her male co-worker helped us with too by checking their back stock. CAFE: The exterior is nothing to write home about. The dining room was of good size with a big bar, stage and lots of seats. I thumbed through the menu and I'm positive it's the same as other locations. OVERALL: Great location, awesome Rock Shop service.

Some times when traveling away from home you end up at Hard Rock Cafe. Sometimes on purpose sometimes by accident. Today it was an accident. The hotel told us to leave 3 hours early for our flight to Mendoza. We arrived, checked bags, went through security and still had a couple of hours to kill. No lounges here so next best thing was HRC. Not hungry at all we sat for a few drinks and endured the loud classic rock. Feel safe knowing you're never far from the Hard Rock Cafe wherever you go. Rock on!

Ok for noon or early evening dinner. However they close pretty early for what you'd expect. The food is good and the drinks are delicious, but kinda pricey. The restaurant setting seems outdated for a Hard Rock Cafe in a major city.

A "Legendary Burger" with 2 for 1 specials of Mai Tai's was a great way to end the day.

Friday 6 pm. Decent food. Drinks and service only okay. Only three tables were occupied. The music and videos are really out of date.

Arriving back from Iguaza Falls, we decided to risk a very late dinner here without reservations…read more The uber ride dropped us off and a pleasant employee guided us to the location as we were a bit bewildered as to where the flower shop storefront was located. We loved the florist- yes plenty of fresh flowers in the shop, They opened the walk in fridge door and we walked downstairs to the speakeasy amid the dj spinning records. We were seated at a table and a very pleasant server ( who spoke English) dropped of our menus and took our drink orders. My aperol spritz was refreshing and hubby enjoyed his cocktail too. Our preferences for seafood or veggies allowed our server to make recommendations that were amazing. The complimentary sourdough bread was devoured- it had been a long 24 hrs without much food - another story! The crab empanada was large enough to share and was AMAZINGLY yummy. No wonder it is one of the most ordered dishes. Hubby loved his anchovy crostini, the BBQ shrimp - delicious, and we shared the argula salad- also a winner. Not much wait for an Uber back to our Airbnb at 1am- time to prepare for tomorrow's departure. Hope to return in the future!

Rating: 4.8/5 [dine in]…read more This speakeasy is tucked inside a flower shop and has made the World's Top 50 Bars list for 11 years, so we had to check it out! We came on a Friday around 6:30 PM and were seated right away. The vibe was calm enough to hold a conversation, though we were told that around 9:30 PM a DJ comes on and the energy shifts. After walking through the flower shop, a host led us through a hidden door and down a flight of stairs into the bar. The menu is extensive, so it took us a few minutes to decide, but our cocktails arrived quickly. Presentation is simple with no flashy garnishes, yet the drinks were crystal clear and incredibly balanced. They were so good we finished them fast. Highly recommend the Yvy Maraey (14,800 ARS)!
