Our first adventure in the city…read more We obviously wanted to find a shop where we can also eat since we didn't know how the munchies would hit. This was the closest to us while we were at an outdoor market. I think the walk was less than 5 mins. Right off the bat, the vibe was it. It's in a considerably quieter area as the other side had way more foot traffic. We were greeted by two guys when we walked in. They had a pretty nice collection. We each got a gram, borrowed a grinder and planted ourselves at the table right by the window so we could people watch. When I tell you, what we got ended up getting me high high. My Asian eyes disappeared. I kept losing my train of thought then the munchies kicked in. I got the strawberry/banana shake and shrimp noodz. There was a bit of confusion with the menu. We didn't realize we were getting noodles. Much to our surprise l, it was cup of noodles. As a whole, everything was great. Service was good and the herbs were nice but I took one star away because of the noodz. It's like they didn't even want to try. We were seated next to a group of Americans who said this was one of their favorite spots. They had been to a bunch of other spots

Poor communication, broken promises and no proper resolution…read more My experience with Kokopelli has been extremely disappointing. My order has not arrived, and the tracking information for my parcel (LA991376500NL) has not been updated since 5 October, when it was recorded at a sorting centre in Italy. I understand that international shipping delays can happen, and I would not automatically blame a seller for a courier issue. However, the way Kokopelli has handled the situation is the real problem. I have emailed them several times requesting assistance, but my emails have gone unanswered. I then contacted them through Instagram and was told that their office would respond the following day. That did not happen either. PostNL has made it clear that the sender needs to initiate an investigation, meaning Kokopelli is the party that needs to take action. Despite this, I am still chasing them for a basic response and a clear update about what is being done to locate my parcel. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for an order and then have to repeatedly chase the company just to get a response. Mistakes and delivery problems happen, but ignoring customers and failing to follow through on promised communication is simply unprofessional. At this point, I am disappointed not only by the delivery situation but, more importantly, by the lack of customer support and accountability. I expected much better from an established webshop. I would advise other customers to consider how this company handles problems before placing an order. Good customer service matters most when something goes wrong, and Kokopelli has fallen well short of my expectations.

Then he helped the next lady to find fiction in Morocco, even suggesting several authors to look up.
