the fact that this firm got my case dropped is what made me write this review. I felt that I owed them because I wasn't anticipating such amazing legal work and criminal defense skills. My DUI was iffy in itself, but i thought there would be no way for them to get the entire case dropped. My biggest fear was not being able to afford the legal fees behind this because I was recently laid off of my job, but the H law group's payment plan is flexible and wonderful. read more

Do not recommend, worse attorney I ever had. Messed up my whole case. They told me I was getting 1 day or none in jail I got 4. They told me they would get house arrest that didn't work either. They told me no community service I got 3 days. They never even told me I had to be enrolled on DUI Class by my trial date. read more

very unfortunate accident happened to me that not only led to my car being totaled but with me in the back of a police cruiser getting charged with a DUI. My luck is ridiculous, was driving home after a house warming party where I had 3 wines and a group of teens in a sports car didnt see the red light and rear ended me and destroyed both cars. The police arrived and I received a DUI on top of it all. This firm has shown to me that not all lawyers are after your money. There's a select few who are here to save us, just like the attorneys here. They saw my tragic story and did not rest until we received a reasonable deal. I am in shock that I ended up in that situation, but I am also relieved that there is a team of wonderful lawyers out there who are here for the people! read more

i got a DUI for driving down the freeway on my motorcycle after drinking at a birthday party. My BAC was .14, pretty much double and I also crashed into another motorcyclist. I got into a lot of trouble for hurting the guy, but the attorneys at this criminal defense firm helped me sort myself out and get things together. They took care of me and my case, helped me get through the process, filed a motion and ended up getting my case dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor and reduced even more. Great firm read more

finding the right criminal defense lawyer to defend my case was definitely not an easy thing to do. My case was a little tricky, involving both marijuana and alcohol, so I had to be sure that I trusted the right people to help me out. I found the H law group through one of my friends, and I decided to hire them because of their reputation on yelp. They did a wonderful job with my case because they were able to get it reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor and I had no jail time at all. They really went the extra mile for me with the payment plan and multiple court appearances. They genuinely saved me. read more

Don't ever listen to your friends that your sober enough, after wine tasting, to drive them back to the hotel. Even if you get the short stick, don't do it. Apparently Temecula is merciless about DUI's, so I needed to get an amazing DUI attorney. After a 30 minute chat with one of their lawyers, I knew I had found the right people for me. They were very down to earth, and explained what needed to happen and when- so I can move on from this horrible incident. They took everything head on, and made it very turn-key for me. I didn't have to show up once for anything, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. The poor secretary, I must have bothered her a few hundred time, but each time she was friendly and got me the answers I wanted about my case. If your looking for a high-quality no BS dui lawyer, you just found them. read more

So I have to break my review down into 2 parts: 1. the traumatizing experience of being arrested and spending the night in jail... maybe I should be the first Yelper to review my experience in jail (or maybe not, that's just too much online street cred for my liking) But seriously, they really need to clean the inside of those cells. Without getting too graphic: total health hazard. 2. the traumatizing experience of getting a lawyer... they are pretentious, cold, condescending and judgmental. but you don't care because you want the best to represent you. so you try to make what you think is the best decision for your life and then boom, one day after you sign the contract you never see your attorney again and you can't talk to anyone but his secretary. This was my horrible experience UNTIL I dropped the attorney and hired The H & M Law Firm. It was a pricey mistake, since the last douche bag wouldn't refund me my money. That is why I am sharing my experience there and hopefully saving you a few dollars and your criminal record. I wish I would have gone to H & M Law firm from the beginning. read more

Not good When would call in to speak with my lawyer he would yell at me and never seemed to answer my questions. He spoke over me. Seldom explained to me what was happening with my case. I sent MANY emails, hoping to get a written reply. Nope, always wanted to talk on the phone only. I told him several times how I wanted my truth presented and he outright refused... so in the end I lied in court. It felt like he worked for the DA. I deserved what I deserved for my one DUI... but not the hell the lawyer put me through for a second one that was a crash. Maybe getting an inexpensive online lawyer wasn't smart. I have waited five months before writing this review so I would be less angry. Imagine what I would be saying if I wrote this when he flushed me down the toilet and wanted me to admit I was dunk for a crash that was being treated like a 2nd DUI. The police officer took my blood hours later then it read a range 0.02-0.09. (My husband I re-tested this result three times: from the time it took to go from one spot to the other and drinking 2 times the amount and delayed, taking double the time to get from point a. where I took a drink (and threw it up) to point b. where I had a crash while parking). I could only breath a 0.05. I begged my lawyer to have my blood test re-done at another lab- nope he just said no. Funny too, I was told the entire arrest was being recorded. It went missing of course. I swear the lawyer was working with the DA ... Disgusting. The SCRAM Rep. (home monitoring system) actually lied on the stand and I tried to tell my lawyer- he did not care. He told me to plea guilty on the pathetic fake charge. I do not mind the punishment I got for both cases because even driving one time drunk is not ok. Still feel badly about that. But taking the rap for something I didn't do and having it on my record is BS. Paying for legal help and having your lawyer treat you like scum is not ok. This review is looking pretty epic! Nice! read more

I got caught while attempting to rob a home by a security system and they booked me for breaking and entering. I didn't know what to do, I thought I was done for. I decided to give hiring a lawyer a shot because I felt like I would be just another case for the public defenders... The H law group ended up being my final choice because of how motivated and confident they sounded during the consultation. I am so impressed with the attorneys here because they were able to reduce my sentencing by a significant amount and help me get my life back on the right path. They saved me read more

I am so grateful that I found this law firm. They helped me get out of a difficult situation and really helped me a lot. My attorney was very experienced and well known, everybody knew him in court. I am so happy that everything worked out the way that it did. Thank you h&m law. read more

peculiarly, I wasn't planning on getting an attorney for my case involving a DUI that was just over the legal limit. But I told my friend who received one before and expressed the importance of trying to get the sentencing reduced. I requested him to refer me to a firm, but he said the firm he went with didn't do well at all, so I resorted to yelp. Their reviews won me over, and now I'm here as well to let you know that they are outstanding and they know exactly what they're doing. read more

i trusted the H law group with my misdemeanor DUI case because my cousin has actually been a client of the firm as well and he recommended them to me. They are very good when it comes to customer service, and I really value that in a business, especially a law firm. The paralegals that they have are very organized, and the lawyers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. My case was handled by their lawyer Jonathan and I was very pleased with the services that he provided. He genuinely saved my life and career. read more

After visiting a marijuana shop and trying a couple different strains, I was pulled over for not doing a full stop on a right turn at a red light. The officer smelled the marijuana and forced me to do field sobriety tests and I felt like I was doing amazing, but according to him I was under the influence so he charged me with a marijuana dui. I discovered this firm through a friend of mine who received a normal dui. They took my case in and actually were able to get it dismissed. I am so happy that this is off my record and I really don't ever want to deal with something like this again. read more

the lawyers here are the best! I got a marijuana dui after getting in a car accident with a police car, I know... How high was I? The lawyer assigned to my case was able to get my charges dropped regarding the DUI because they discovered a technicality that made the police officer's FSTs invalid. I can't believe they discovered that because it genuinely saved me from having my license suspended and jail time. read more

My life had entered a very fragile state where I was barely making the cut, and it led to making some poor decisions like drinking more often than most and making even poorer decisions like driving after drinking because my tolerance had gotten so high I didn't see the issue. I received a DUI where I was triple over the legal limit and it was a catastrophe. I hired the H law group because I read so many great things about their DUI lawyers. My case was definitely a tough one and I wasn't expecting great results, but this firm managed to deliver some results that I am shocked to see. I feel as if no other firm could have done what they did for me. read more

After having the H law Group handle my case, it makes sense to me why they have such good reviews! Their knowledge of criminal defense is on another level, i can't stress enough how great they are. Even if you don't choose them, you will leave each consultation with some extremely useful information for your specific case because the attorneys care more about your future and getting you the minimal charges over the money. the trust I have in this firm is one that I wasn't expecting to build so fast. I have always been skeptical when it came to lawyers but the think about the H law group is that the attorneys here are all kind and genuine people. I was fearful that all the attorneys out there just want your money, but i found the diamond in the rough. they accepted my case and jumped right into work, provided me with an amazing payment plan, and filled me in on every single thing they did. my case ended on a great note and its all because of this firm... read more

Managed to finally find a good legal backing for myself and businesses. This firm does really well handling everything. I had an attorney before them but, they were doing nothing. I switched and this firm was way more organized and did A LOT more. I use them for everything. They have a good amount of attornys. I met like 4. They have multiple offices. But they specialize in Dui and Felony. They did very good at the end of my case. read more

This law group is amazing. From all the attorneys to the paralegals to whoever else works here answering all 65,000 of my questions and being polite and professional even when I called in 2-3 times a day during my case. They are the real deal. My case was bad and complicated but Nima and his team fought for me and legitimately got me a slap on the wrist. We all expected the worst but they handled it like champions. Not only that, but they still continue to do more even after the case was over! They follow up with everything. Fines, DMV stuff, even offered future expungement of records. And they somehow got my DUI classes waived AFTER MY SENTENCING WHERE I AGREED TO DO THEM. WTF?!? Whenever I call, I am always greeted by name and treated like I own the place. I can't thank H Law Group enough. Heaven forbid I ever need them again, but if I do I'll be in good hands. Shout out to Ashley for being such a boss. read more

I was told to hire this firm by my uncle. They took very good care of me. I was stressing out a lot because of school and everything. But they told me what to do and to relax. Since I stopped going to court, I almost forgot I had case. The Cops video cam showed me wrongly getting charged so I got a dismissal. They are very quick and responsive. Everything was organized online. They answer like 24/7. I did NOT have to go to court at all! It was a very scary experience. But to get your life going again, then I suggest you hire an attorney to do everything for you properly. read more

My case finally finished and I thought it would be a good time to write a review. My attorney assigned really did output a lot time and information for my case. I dont know how they could dedicate this effort into each client. But I am so happy with my deal that I got. I wanted to go all the way to trial but I settled due to the great deal. The office definitely harassed me and My attorney taught him a lesson during a motion. I was very pleased with the overall performance of these guys. read more
