These guys are super professional intensive, and they help me with my accident claim. They also have a referral bonus.

What I like about working with this firm is that they were really good with communicating and contacting me in a timely manner. They helped me understand the process and the doctors that they sent me to I most definitely will be seeing them again! I was involved in a car accident where the other party side swiped my friends car and that impact sent us head on into a tree. The car was totaled and my friends and I suffered serious injuries. Yarit was a great case manager and always kept me up to date with the process and status of the case. I appreciate everyone on the team for working so hard on getting us the most that we could out of our settlement. read more

A very professional team with friendly service. They handled my parent's case with great care.

I was T-boned by a someone running a red light at the junction of Crowne Hill and Butterfield Stage rd in Temecula in November 2023. I had injuries and no idea what to do or who to see about it. I called The Accident Guys and from the first time of speaking to Pam (who dealt with my case) I felt so much more at ease. She explained about everything they would do and what I needed to do. She walked me through it all and was there immediately on the phone if I needed to ask any questions. She was amazing! I got the medical care I needed (all the Drs recommended were great too), and then my case was closed by Masha, Trixie and Miriam. They were all super helpful and I would definitely recommend using The Accident Guys if you find yourself a similar situation. Thank you so much! read more

I was involved in a hit and run accident back in December 2022. At the time of the accident I had my mother and my one year old son in the car with me. Thankfully my mother reacted quickly and was able to snap a photo of the license plate that hit us. That photo is what made the case otherwise we would have no information on the person that hit us and left. I contacted the accident guys in January because we were referred to them by a friend of my husband's. They are quick and effective. A couple days after I called them they were able to send someone to my home to get the contract signed so they could start working on our case. A couple days after that I was able to see a chiropractor for my injuries. Going to the chiropractor 2x a week really helped and I feel so much better. I am thankful to the team we had! You guys were very good at getting back to me on questions and concerns. You guys made this stressful experience a lot easier. I appreciate all your help! read more

These guys are on top of your case and very reponsive and professionals. I would totally recommend the team to help you out!

This is my first experience with a lawyer. I had a bad rear accident after a drunk driver hit me on my way home to work. I was skeptical on calling a lawyer but so glad I did. From the first call, to the last when they sent me the settlement, everyone who contacted me was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was set up with great doctors. And received calls and emails out of the blue just asking how I was feeling. They helped me out from dealing with the insurance companies, the doctors, and even the car rental agencies. I chose this office after reviewing several in the Temecula area. I'm glad I chose this office and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. read more

I found these guys on yelp and they had great reviews and now I know why. I was rear ended last September so I called the accident guys. They came to my work the same day and started the claim immediately. They handled my personal injury claim with the upmost professionalism. They were able to get me a chiropractor 3 minutes from my work and Lee chiropractic was an amazing doctor. Everyone was very accommodating, nice informative as well as being there at anytime to answer any questions that I had. Then to top it all off they got me a good chunk of change. I would and have recommended family and friends to the accident guys. Speaking of that when I referred my friend they sent me out a 25 dollar amazon gift card. I've dealt with other firms in the past but now I'm never going anywhere else. Thanks again for everything. read more

Houman and his team did a fantastic job setting all parts of my accident and personal injury claim. I strongly suggest that you give him a call even if you just have questions about whether or not you have a case. He is knowledgeable, approachable and has built an amazing practice and team. First time I called him he assured me that his team could handle everything and I never looked back or once regretted my decision to have his as my lawyer! I never thought that things would be handled so seamlessly for such a (to me) complicated case. Though I hope to never need his services again, I couldn't be more thankful to have found and worked with his through this difficult time. read more

I was hit by a drunk driver in June 2020 and the driver did not have any insurance. The Accident Guys team definitely went to bat for me. When my insurance company tried to low ball me, the team pushed back and fought for me to get the maximum amount.
