A 24 hour gym is perfect for my lifestyle. I don't have to rush to get here before it closes and going early in the morning, there's hardly anyone there.

Chuck the owner kicked me out of his gym over the phone, notified me that if I step one foot on shape'n up property that I will be locked for trespassing and he also stole my money that I payed him up front for my membership. I have only had my membership for about three or four months. I payed him over $300.00 cash for the whole year. I did not violate his contract. I did not disrespect anybody. I committed no crime. I posted a video on my personal Instagram page of me making fun of meatheads that I have had encounters with in this very gym. Everybody thought it was funny accept for chuck and a couple so called Christian people at shape'n up Fitness. You cannot be free or have fun at this gym. Chuck has kicked numerous people out for petty reasons with no legit explanation. He marches to the beat of his own drum and I refer everybody in Oneonta, AL to The Gym across the street from Oneonta City School. They have a hot tub and a swimming pool and senior citizen discounts. You can also be free there without judgment from people that talk down to you.

I was not expecting that at all. Bathrooms were spotless. Free lockers outside the restroom area (score)! I travel the world for my career and have high expectations with gyms. To say I was blown away by this facility is an understatement. For those of you that are worried about working out and scared of being judged... This is a place for you! It is a judgment free zone and I saw that with my own eyes. There are members of ALL fitness levels and that is celebrated in this gym. You will be supported! I HIGHLY recommended this gym. This particular one is now my ultimate favorite. The layout is fantastic. You don't feel like you're on top of other people. They have an entire room for dumbbells away from the racks and machines. There's a natural flow in how the machines are laid out that match the muscle groups you are training. Plenty of various cardio machines downstairs and spread around upstairs. The stretch and abs section has its own spacious area as well. The gym was clean and I never had to go searching for paper towels. Looking forward to coming back when I'm back in town.

Popped in for a good workout the other day and it was great. I've visited many anytime fitness…read morelocations and this one has to be one of the best. This location is quite large. They have a substantial area for weightlifting, cardio, and functional training. I also like that this location is kept up well. It's very clean and organized pretty well. They also have a studio room where it seems they hold classes from time to time. They have 4 bathrooms/showers and 2 changing rooms as well which are up to date. It also has a large parking lot so no worries there at all. I will say some of the equipment is not the most current, but it is well kept which is something I cannot say for all gyms with older equipment.
