My gf and I have been traveling across the country and stopping at every planet fitness on the way, to work out, shower, whatever. This has been the nicest planet fitness in the 5 states we've been to. Which is atleast 20 planet fitnesses Everything was clean, Every cardio machine had a TV And it was 28 degrees out side and it wasn't crazy hot inside it was perfect for a workout with out being over stuffed! i'd give it five stars if the blonde girls would get off their phones and do their jobs. i was waiting 15 mins for a massage chair only for them to be open. when my mom went to say something to them they finally turned it on, but when she walked off one blonde girl who was dressed to impress mad a face at her. the boys that work are so sweet and we never have to tell them to do anything they are always on top of their jobs. i would give a five star if it wasn't for them making mean faces at us for just wanting to tan and use the chairs. read more

Great for the city of Jasper! Staff checks me in without even a card scan, I'm here literally 5 days a week. For the price you can't beat it. Staff overall is very pleasant. 24 hours with clean bathrooms, and clean equipment. A little warm in there during the summer but it's Alabama so that's understandable. Truly feels like a judgement free zone! Unless your a Lunk of course. read more

I have been a member for awhile now and I have not been disappointed yet! The staff always welcomes you with a smile. I usually go around 5am about 4 days a week. The equipment is always clean and in good shape. The women's locker room is clean, smells fine, and have decent showers. I absolutely love the tanning beds and hydro massage chair! Definitely a judgement free zone! read more

I wish there were zero stars. It's a good place for exercise, but once they have your bank account number watch out! Two or three times the advertised amount is deducted from our account at random times. My husband has made multiple phone calls and visits requesting cancellation of membership. Every time he is told to be there the next day, then when he gets there he's told to come back tomorrow. It's a never ending cycle. Lesson learned.....DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER!! read more
