Well equipped gym, free weights area, weight machines, floor spaces, treadmills, cross-trainers etc. etc. Plus plenty of exercise classes from morning 'til evening 7 days a week. The swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms are a welcome bonus. Add to this the specific health trained staff to advise on any aspect of training and physiotherapist advice then you're in the right place whatever your age or needs. There's even a cafe and relaxation area to meet or relax after your work out. And finally - plenty of free to the front of the building!

I called as I paid the current months payment and only had one left on the contract.. or so I thought...July my contract endded i was calling in beginning of June..saying look I need to pay my final contract off to be told I needed 3 months notice I explained how it was told to me when I signed up and I haven't even used it in 4 months but still been paying no problem. I was leaving country.... So needless to say you decided to try and make me pay an extra three months. Your harassing my partner who has my mobile as I am left country due to family emergency.. Yeah the place is big and has lots of stuff, but god forbid you ever have any issue, cause their service is horrendous (owners included). Plus half the machinery squeaks cause it's not maintained properly and Mark (owner) leaves stuff broken for ages before ever getting it fixed.

They are super nice to you when you are interested in joining up and offer you all sorts in vouchers which you never receive even asking time and time again. The swipe cards never work to get in which becomes embarrassing after a while. The receptionists are cold and are too busy gossiping amongst themselves to even acknowledge you. Both of my children have gotten verrucas from the pool area. We were moving away from the area and I asked one of the miserable receptionists what I needed to do to which I was told I had to give 3 months notice in writing. I did exactly what I was told and handed in my letter 3 months prior to the end of our contract. They are now chasing me for £118 (£98 for the extra month membership and a fee of £20) saying that it is 3 calendar months and that we are still in contract until the end of the month. All I can say is I did exactly what their staff advised me to do and feel like they are just trying to squeeze the last bit out of me. I was told over the phone last week that they had sent several letters but I haven't received one! Although the threatening emails regarding sending debt collectors have started today, thanks roko. Appalling customer service and I will be going to higher management on this matter, also followed by a letter to the CMA and informing lots of local people on various Facebook groups on what a horrid money hungry place this is. Be warned again, DO NOT join this gym!!!
