Overall, I cannot say that I would recommend this company to a friend. Although initial…read morecommunication was great, the company had to make several visits to my home in order to complete the job to my satisfaction. I spoke with Ben at AM Gutters and scheduled an estimate for December 10th. He texted the morning of the 10th to ask if we could reschedule for Wednesday the 11th, I told him no problem and ended up getting an estimate on the 11th for which I signed a contract. I was told that his crew would come out to install the gutters on December 18th. On December 18th, the crew still had not shown up by 3 pm that afternoon. I texted Ben and he let me know that they were on their way. When they showed up, the vehicle had the name and phone number of another gutter company which concerned me. I called Ben and he reassured me that these individuals were not subcontractors, that they were part of his crew. Because of their late arrival, the gutters were not finished that evening and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. The crew did return on December 19th to finish the job and Ben sent me a text stating that he had inspected everything and that it looked great. Since I had arrived home late that evening I did not look at the gutters until the next morning, December 20th. When I went to inspect everything, I noticed that the downspouts of the gutters were all at different heights, and that some of the gutters were draining directly next to the foundation. My understanding is that gutters are supposed to divert the rain water away from the foundation to avoid shifting of the foundation, so gutters that dump rain right next to my foundation were unacceptable. Also the fact that the downspouts were all various lengths looked unprofessional. I had also paid for screens to be installed on the gutters so that leaves would not accumulate in the gutters. When inspecting the screens, I noticed that there were a couple of gaps between screens that were installed, totally defeating the purpose of the screen. I contacted Ben on December 20th via text message and sent him photos of the things that I would like corrected. On December 30th, a different individual, in a completely different vehicle with yet another gutter company name and phone number on the side, came to inspect the gutters and see what corrections needed to be made. This same individual then returned on December 31st and finished the job satisfactorily. I feel that this company does use subcontractors to complete their gutter jobs, or at least several different crews, and the quality of workmanship depends on which crew you get. I have included photos of the different vehicles that showed up to my house, and the downspouts of various lengths. In the end I am happy with my gutters, but the whole process was frustrating.

If you're reading this I bet you're thinking, "do they really have all 5-star reviews? That's not…read morepossible." BUT IT IS!! From the call to get a quote, to arriving, cleaning & following up Mike was incredible. His customer service is a breath of fresh air in a space where customer service doesn't seem to exist any longer. He returned calls, was detailed in his services, gave plenty of notice when he'd arrive, did an amazing job on our windows (more on that later) & was absolutely delightful to be around. We recently got new windows & the company paid for us to have the windows professionally cleaned so I reached out Dallas Windows & Gutter Cleaning. Mike was able to get me in the following week (prior to my daughter's 1st birthday as I'd hoped) & gave me a quote over the phone. He followed up a couple days before arriving & also gave me a text heads up when he was on the way with his ETA. Mike's military background shined through in his respectful nature, hard work, attention to detail & desire to leave us 100% satisfied. In addition, this is a family business which delighted us. His two children & wife accompanied him on the job and wow, it's been a long time since I've met such respectful & kind children. They worked just as hard as their parents did & were an incredible team. When all (41) windows had been cleaned Mike walked the entire house re-checking & went back to perfect a handful of them without me even asking. He asked that I walk the house & make sure they were to my 100% satisfaction. They worked HARD on our windows - there was still sticker glue, caulking & silicone left by the installers which Mike & his family spent a great deal of time working to get off the glass. I could not be happier with the quality of work, the kindness & efficiency with which Mike & his family worked. We will be customers of Dallas Windows & Gutter Cleaning from now on!

DO NOT USE THEM !!!…read more I got Galvan Gutters to install gutters with guard back in April. At first I thought they did a really good job, until we had some rain. His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint. I do not recommend them to anyone as service after sale is zero and they do not own their warranty
