They will not do any work that is requested if it will lead to inferior work or an inferior product. I know this because I ordered some tile that would have been problematic in my master shower. They left it at Floor& Decor, had them issue my refund, and told me to pick another tile because that one was very poor for a shower wall. This was much appreciated after they explained the problem with that tile. They have completely renovated 3 full and 1 half bathrooms in my home. There has not been any (zero) issues with the workmanship since the jobs have been completed a few years ago. The value was good since the work was so exceptional. My highest recommendations.

He followed up consistently and even completed the work on a Saturday. I had a question about the floor, and he came out again (from Brookhaven all the way to Exit 13, before heading to Dunwoody) just to make sure everything was right. He was amazing in every aspect: the quality of the work, communication, timeliness (I was the one running late, and he was so gracious), he is just kind and easygoing, so knowledgeable and his patience with my payment and all the details I asked about. He's a true professional. If we ever switch to LVP in the future or need additional repairs, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again. Thank you, Herik, for helping me on such short notice. As you can see, he achieved a perfect floor match--even though the previous stain was a blend of three different Minwax colors. The floor he worked on was engineered wood and it had already been refinished at least twice and was damaged due to water underneath that caused it to warp. He did an amazing job with the match and stain and you cannot tell it was ever damaged. His quote was very fair too and he does amazing tile work/shower renovations too. Highly, highly recommended!

Ari did our consultation and was very detailed about the work we needed and the outcome we could expect. His quote was very fair, especially compared to the other companies we considered, and he was totally available and responsive as we scheduled our work. Nick handled both jobs over two days and the results were outstanding. The limestone steps and wall look amazing, above our expectations, and the shower looks new. He was extremely pleasant to work with and his attention to detail was phenomenal. He also told us how to maintain both the limestone and bath to minimize future problems. We looked at multiple companies before making a decision and could not be happier with our experience from initial consultation to job completion with Sir Grout. Throughly impressed by the experience I had with Oakerds…read more After a slew of bad experiences trying to rehab my 1920s house, I was at my wits end. One of my final projects was to replace my unsightly hardwood and tile floors with LVP. I got several quotes from small and large companies; some who made the job seem like it would be impossible because my house was old and had its issues. Every company that came, pointed out a slant in the floor, a dent, or patch of missing hardwood- all of which would increase the cost of the final project. Some companies also required me to hire someone else to move all the furniture out of my home first. When Alex from Oakerds came out he did a thorough inspection of the job and gave me a price that was lower than most other companies. I was shocked at how smooth the estimate went. He quickly problem-solved each of the problem areas in my home and didn't make a big deal about how each issue would increase the price. He simply gave me a fair quote and explained my options. The most surprising part is that he encouraged me to check out offers from other companies and let him know how Oakerds could "earn my business!" This was a stark difference from the other companies who tried to pressure me into making a decision on the spot. Oakerds scheduled me quickly after I made a decision and my floors were done within a day. I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was. They figured out how to move my furniture around while doing the floors, which saved me the effort of clearing out my house. Alex even recommended a plumber to fix a toilet issue that arose while they were doing my bathroom floors. All of these problems were solved without me having to be on site. I also appreciated that they offered financing options. Overall I highly recommend
