After 4 months, he was overdue for a haircut so I gave Groomingbells a call to see if they could take in a last minute appointment. They happily did and we met with Christian who spent about 10 minutes with us explaining the best options for our pup. He said he would try to not shave him down, but sometimes due to the matting and the pain it could cause the dog, it's not always possible. We handed Atlas off and told him to do the best he could. Christian took him in and told us he'd be ready in about 2-3 hours. We came back and I was amazed at the puppy cut Christian was able to do! Atlas looked absolutely amazing! Christian said he was a good boy, and other than being a little nervous, he did very well. I appreciated the update and the time Christian took with my pup. I will be back and using Groomingbells for Atlas's future haircuts. I definitely recommend them!

I mean she was like boom boom boom this is this that is that baby and did everything except hug me. I wanted to hug her. She was AMAZING. I couldn't remember her name when we were in there so I can't remember it here either. But when I got the the register they signed me up for rewards and called the woman BACK to make sure all of my questions were answered. Quiet, sweet, and close to home. I love it here.

When we asked about adding new fish to our established tank (which had been running successfully for over 15 years in the past), she told us we'd "freeze our fish to death" and insisted that the fish listed as 3-4 inches on the tank would actually grow several inches larger. We were then told our only option was to buy a goldfish, and in the same breath, Caitlin said our 15 gallon tank was "too small" because a goldfish would supposedly grow over a foot long. The entire interaction came across as condescending and dismissive, despite the fact that we've kept healthy fish for years. Pet stores should have staff who educate customers respectfully, not belittle them. Very disappointing experience. We decided to take our business down the block to "pet supplies plus" in which all staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

GPS will bring you next door to this location so be aware of that. First thing you'll notice upon walking in is a bunch of tiny dogs running around behind the front desk, all exquisitely groomed. Very curious and friendly faces. Kristie herself is extremely professional and friendly, you can see this isn't a job but a passion. Results were way better than could have even anticipated, especially since we didn't give direction on how to trim. Highly recommend this groomer. Kristie was great with our pup during a recent grooming!…read more We were in the market for a new groomer and Kristie returned our call promptly and spent 20 minutes going over everything and anything she needed to know prior to his grooming appointment. \ On the day of the appointment the waiting area was a bit chaotic with a lot of dogs and their owners showing up at once. The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.
