She was incredibly fast, I got my photograph proofs in less than 24 hours, edits a few days after my selection, and my printed album within about a week of finalizing. After researching a bunch of different boudior photographers in the LA area I just couldn't justify the price of spending over $1k on just a photoshoot - that doesn't even include any prints! Brynne fit exactly what I was looking for, in terms of services and pricing and I was even able to include getting hair and makeup done on site (which was a nice treat and made the surprise that much more manageable). It was an overall fantastic experience and I cannot recommend her enough!

I was browsing on the internet looking for a glamour and boudoir photographer when stumbled on…read moreCaroline's page and was instantly impressed by her work. It is easy to book a free consultation with her to discuss the details before deciding whether this would be the right fit for what I was looking for. After a phone call to go over the my questions, Caroline sent over clear details about her service, what to expect, and pricing on different packages. I knew right away this is exactly what I was looking for. The drive was a bit long for me since I come from south Orange County. This isn't my first rodeo when it come to boudoir photography but this definitely was worth the drive. It was the best experience I've had so far. Caroline and her team is very easy to work with and everything feel very comfortable during the session. From the minute you walk into the door, you feel an instant warm and welcoming vibe from the team. Everyone is easy to talk to and real sweet. I love the clothing and accessories availability. They have so many different options to choose from. Not going to ruin the surprise but there's a variety of different backgrounds and settings as well from indoor to outdoor scenery so you will have plenty of creative and fun shots for the shoot. Caroline is talented and experienced, she was able to capture a lot of good shot in a few hours that we worked together. Best of all, you don't even have to know what you are doing. She will guide you through the whole process by showing you different poses and exactly what to do to get the best shot. It's like you can come without any experience and be unprepared because she will take care of everything. Caroline's assistant is there to make sure everything goes smoothly and she's so great with everything as well. Even if you are shy, I'm sure you will feel pretty comfortable and have a lot of fun during the session. She will handle all the photo editing after the session too so don't worry about your imperfections or your skin not looking so good because a couple weird pimples decided to pop up a few days before the shoot. I would totally recommend this to anyone that is thinking of doing something special for yourself. All women are beautiful and deserved a little treat once in a while. This will be a great present to yourself and you will have some amazing photos to keep forever. That's how I feel about it. I feel like it boosted my confidence a bit too.

I came to Carolina during one of the hardest times in my life. I was carrying the weight of…read morebetrayal, abandonment, and feeling completely replaced... like I wasn't enough, like I was small, invisible, and unwanted. For a long time, I had thought about doing a boudoir shoot, but I always found reasons not to. Fear, doubt, insecurity. But something about Carolina's work stopped me. The women in her photos weren't just beautiful, they were alive. You could see their souls shining through. Every image had this undeniable sparkle, this quiet confidence, this truth. It wasn't about perfection it was about real beauty. And somehow, I felt drawn to that. So I booked the shoot... still unsure, still questioning myself, still not fully knowing who I was anymore. From the moment I arrived, everything changed. Carolina and her entire team welcomed me with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. They didn't just make me feel comfortable they made me feel seen. It felt like being surrounded by old friends, by family. There was no judgment, no pressure just support, laughter, and encouragement. I opened up a little about what I had been going through, and they held that space with so much compassion. And then... just like that, the session was over. But the real magic happened when I saw my photos. They weren't heavily edited or altered, it was just me, in the right light, through the right lens. And I couldn't believe it. I actually asked, "Is that really me? Am I really that beautiful?" Because for the first time in a long time I saw myself differently. That moment changed something deep inside of me. Those photos became more than images. They became a reminder. On the days when sadness creeps in, when doubt tries to take over, I look at them and I remember who I am. I feel invincible. I feel powerful. I feel beautiful, sexy, strong, and alive. Carolina didn't just take pictures of me, she showed me myself. And that is something I will carry with me forever. Thank you, Carolina, for giving me back a piece of me I thought I had lost. You didn't just make a difference, you changed my life.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Boudoir Rouge-- Monica was professional,…read moredid an incredible job with my photos, and made me feel like a supermodel. The TL;DR version: if you're on the fence about whether or not to do this, do it! Especially don't get derailed by concerns that you're the "wrong" body type for this sort of photo shoot, because it is for EVERYONE. These photographers know what they're doing, and they will show you how beautiful you already are. I started researching boudoir photographers casually as a wedding gift idea (less than a month before my wedding!), but I really didn't think I'd go through with it. The idea was way out of my comfort zone and most of the photographers in my area were either super expensive or kind of intimidating. It was really important to me to find a photographer who would put me at ease and bring out my confidence-- I knew I wouldn't be able to deal with an abrasive personality or anyone who was critical of my body. As soon as I got on the phone with Monica, I knew she was the right choice. I immediately felt comfortable with her (and I don't even like phone calls!)--she's so funny and kind and it's obvious she really knows what she's doing. She answered all my questions and went over the process in detail. Where other photographers made me feel like an imposition for trying to get in at the last minute, Monica squeezed me in within a few days without any issues (and rushed my album production to make sure it would arrive in time). Pricing was reasonable-- this isn't a cheap service, but the way Boudoir Rouge separates out their different packages and options makes it accessible at a wide range of price points. I chose a three-look package and the on-site hair and makeup artist add-on. I also purchased an album. I was super nervous the day of my appointment. Side note-- parking was painless. They are part of a complex with a pretty large lot available. I went right upstairs and was greeted by Monica, my photographer; Brianna, who was assisting that day; and Christina, the hair and makeup artist. They were all so friendly and kind and immediately put me at ease. They were the only ones in the unit the whole time, and they locked the door after I got in to avoid random intrusions from the UPS guy. I brought six outfits (I got them all from yandy.com-- they have really great stuff!) and Monica and Brianna helped me narrow it down to my final three. They were helpful and decisive while also receptive to my vision for each outfit. I felt great about my choices! Christina did an amazing job on my hair and makeup, transitioning gradually from a more natural look to a va-voom look by the end. Side note: if done right, the makeup can look a little intense in the mirror, but it's the perfect amount on camera. The hair looked so fantastic, too-- she did this incredible pinup style for my second look that I will never be able to replicate. Sigh. During the actual shoot, only Monica was in the studio. I had no idea what to do at first and was totally self-conscious/awkward, but she told me exactly how to pose, down to my fingers and toes. She was really great at giving directions that brought out my confidence and natural sense of what to do. On top of that, every pose looked so natural once I saw previews of the photos. She was so friendly and conversational during the shoot. She was also incredibly encouraging and positive and made me feel beautiful and empowered. I was SO FIERCE by the end of this shoot, and that feeling lasted. Monica communicated frequently with me leading up to and following the shoot, and sent the digital proofs in a password-protected gallery with plenty of time for me to choose my favorites while still making the deadline for my wedding. I had tons of questions following the shoot and Monica was just as communicative, friendly, and helpful as she was prior to the process. And seriously, the digital gallery--OMFG. Between the three looks, there were over 150 photos to choose from, and I could not believe how many of them I loved. LOVED. I think I "favorited" over 1/3 of the gallery initially. Choosing was truly the hardest part of this entire process, which is not something I anticipated at all. Once I picked my faves, Monica rushed production to make sure I had an album to give as a gift on the big day. I ended up getting it almost three days early. The album was beautiful and super high-quality. I have no idea what we'll do with the digital files yet-- I'll probably just stare at them and marvel at how hot I am (for real though). In summary: amazing experience from start to finish. Great gift for a partner and an even better gift for yourself. I can't put a price tag on the boost in confidence this gave me, and I'm so lucky to have found a photographer who made the process so easy and FUN. I cannot recommend Boudoir Rouge or Monica highly enough.

When I was a tween I realized I wanted to be an actress. I loved to be on stage and to perform. I…read moreread everything I could on how to make it in Hollywood. I was in Texas so my options were fairly limited since I wasn't looking to rope any cattle or sang with a twang, but I was able to find a modeling and talent agency nearby. I begged my mother to take me there and we went, me armed with my short resume, a lot of moxie and excitement. We were seen by a middle-aged, frumpy man who took one look at me and told my mother that I wasn't model material: I was too dark and should consider other options. I was devastated and I never forgot that jackhole, crusher of tween girl dreams. It took me a while to recover from that. I wish I was cognizant of the art of voodoo at that time, 'cause that mothereffer would have had all kinds of pains in his nether regions. When I won a gift certificate for a photo session with Boudoir Rouge Photography, I was at once elated and nervous. This is my second chance! My headshots don't count, which, by the way, if anyone wants any I'll be happy to autograph one for you; I need to get rid of those things! I'll be sending them out as holiday cards until I'm beating knuckleheads upside their heads with my granny cane. Anyway, I had the same kind of mild anxiety I get when I'm afraid someone who thinks I'm all mature will find out I sometimes sing along to Miley Cyrus songs. I thought, "I'm going to have someone staring at my face for hours? What about what my sister said about my chin when we were in 6th grade?" "I don't know nothin' about being sexy. I try to pout and I look like a constipated blowfish." Thankfully, I had nothing to worry about. From the moment I first spoke to Monica, the photographer and I believe, founder of BRP, on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She has an extremely warm and soothing way about her. She assured me this shoot would be more housewife than ho, despite the fact that I'd only be covering my lady bits - if even that. After speaking with her, I was so excited to go shopping for sexified outfits for my shoot. In the weeks before my shoot I'd practice different poses, trying to find looks that worked for me. Be careful driving down the 405 licking your lips seductively in your rearview mirror; you might end up with a creepy, dentally-challenged dude in a beat-up truck as your biggest fan and stalker. The day of the shoot, Monica arrived with her photographer-to-go kit at my home. While I worked on my makeup and nerves, she worked on transforming my bedroom. When I walked into my bedroom post boudoirification I was floored. Where the hell was I? It sure wasn't *my* bedroom. This was some other chick's sexy man-eating chambre. It was an amazing transformation! *I* wanted to be all up in that room being hot. Before we began she mentioned to me that some of her clients like to drink a glass of wine before the shoot to relax. You ain't got to tell me twice! I can't drink wine anymore, so I said, screw it, I'm going for the vodka. At 10am, there I was doing shots of vodka. Hell yeah, I was feeling great then! Let's take this shit off and get it done! At first, I was a little shy. I was also a little freaked about having my blinds open on my street-facing windows, me in undies, attempting to pose seductively. I was afraid one of my neighbors would walk by, get an eyeful and start thinking he needs to come by for a visit soon. Eww and no. Monica is like the lingerie-whisperer. Within 20 minutes, I was so relaxed and calm, and it wasn't just the vodka warming it's way through my body. It was Monica, she made me feel beautiful, she made me feel like every pose I did put Cindy Crawford to shame, I was thinking I was hot shit ready to call up "Victoria Secret" and say, "Yo, you ain't met Ms. Keisha." Her direction was so simple to follow and allowed me to focus more on being comfortable in my skin. I felt like a star and I was living my tween dream. By the end of the session, I felt like a model. I was strutting around in my bra and panties and heels like "what?!" I was ready to shimmy down the street. After the shoot, I was like a kid waiting for Christmas, so anxious to see my sneak preview. I'm not gonna lie, when I saw the sneak peek of my photos I thought I was the business. I sent some of the photos to my sister and she said, "Hello Keisha Kardashian" which I *think* was a compliment. The 8 x 10 and small flip book I later ordered were beautifully packaged with care. Now I have memorialized for all of time my youth and perkiness and I can show my grandkids and say, "Look what granny used to have!" Nothing would give me more pleasure than to send a copy of these photos to that frumpy asshole at the talent agency, show him what Keisha grew up to be. I'd include a note that said, "How ya like *these* apples?"

It had been a while since I had a photoshoot and I hadn't been working out but I knew the boudoir book was the perfect gift for my well-deserving boyfriend for Valentine's Day. Thank goodness Isaac was able to fit me into his schedule (he mentioned he travels for different shoots and isn't always in town) AND he was really helpful in selecting what pieces I should wear for the 'Color Shoot' setting! The day of the shoot we reviewed the outfits again while hair and makeup were going...and it was then that the princess vibes commenced. I felt so beautiful, and sexy, and confident...in less than an hour I suddenly transformed into Beyonce. The positive energy before the shoot made me feel so incredible, like an elegant seductress ready to slay!!!! You won't believe the transformation until you try it. The entire shoot went so smoothly. Isaac gave great direction in correcting posture to show off my curves, and this man knew all of the right poses for my body type. He let me take a peek at some of the raw shots and I couldn't believe that was me! Did I mention that this man thinks of EVERYTHING? He had heated body oil ready to ensure my skin was glistening, the perfect playlist to get you in the mood to make eyes with the camera, AND when it came time to lay on the very clean floor...he had placed a space heater on the floor so it wasn't freezing cold!!! I knew if he paid this much attention to all of the little details for the shoot, this photo book was going to be nothing short of amazing. (No wonder Playboy AND Maxim hired him!!) Even still, the finished result was far more luxurious than I anticipated. As my boyfriend and I looked through the fairly heavy photo book...photo book ALL of me...I couldn't help but be moved to tears, really just in shock that the gorgeous woman was me. And my boyfriend (I thank God for him) said, 'Baby this is how I see you everyday'. *get me a freakin tissue*!!! I think I know just the thing to get him for Christmas...! Really looking forward to shooting the 'Sheet Series' with Isaac soon.
