First off let me say, to be in an urban area, the quality of the Batkave Studio blew my mind! I…read morewasn't expecting to walk into such a good environment, but surprisingly my experience was FLAWLESS!!! Not only does the BATKAVE have top-notch equipment, but JAZ made feel welcome & very at home!!! The song that I recorded there with JAZ came out better than I could ever hope for! Being able to hold a note or two helped, but without the EXPERTISE of JAZ with his VOCAL ARRANGEMENT, my song would have just been mediocre. The sound quality is GREAT, my mix came out GREAT, he even equilized my beat for better overall sound! Jaz is truly one of (if not) SAN DIEGO'S WEST KEPT SECRET!!! Jaz took me step by step through each vocal, giving me & at times correcting my notes, but letting me do what it is I wanted to do with my song, more coaching than changing. I eneded up with the song I brought to to him, coming out 10 times better than what I recorded on my own. He made me actually sound good! My project has to be recorded with JAZ, I just don't trust anyone else with it!!! JAZ is truly a phenomenal PRODUCER, ENGINEER,VOCAL ARRANGER & all around BUSINESS MAN!!! I appreciate the fact mostly that he's an honest guy, if it didn't sound good he said so (in a not hurtful way) & corrected it! Alot of engineers just click buttons & recieve thier payment! Jaz actually cares about the product he works on (whether he produced himself or not), & that's saying alot!!! I dare you to just try working with him once, it'll change the way you look at your music... I DARE YOU!!! Steve-O.G.

Never a dull moment and always laughing and good vibes! So we knew they were the right people to shoot for our wedding day! David, Kaye, Jerome, and Germaine were so fun to work with on our wedding day. They brought their kindness and patience, as I can only understand how long of a day it can be but they were troopers all day and kept us motivated! Makes me want to get into photography because of them!! You can tell how well they work as a team, along with communication and being flexible with anything and everything! I hope they know the energy they all exude will flourish with all the love in the photos and videos felt that day! THANK YOU GUYSSSSS!!! See you for the maternity photoshoot HAHA! ;)

The Fate Studios team was truly amazing! David, Jerome, and their team of photographers and…read morevideographers are true professionals. My wife came across them on Yelp! and we hired them to do the photo and video shoot for my parents' 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary. Mind you, we hired them less than a month before the actual event. David and Jerome took the time to do a phone call with us and walk through the entire itinerary of the day from the ceremony at Mission San Diego through the entire reception at the Gaylord Pacific. I really enjoyed working with all of them. They were so kind, warm, and detail oriented. I can't say enough about Fate Studios and how they made this event a truly memorable event! I also pitched an idea to Jerome about doing an AI video of my parents, describing their love story and how they met 50 years ago in the Philippines. Jerome has years of experience as a filmmaker in the Philippines and has worked for one of their large TV networks there, so he's a pro. I was nervous that we wouldn't have enough time to take this video from start to finish, but Jerome assured me that he could deliver. We presented the surprise AI video to my parents after we showed their slide show and the crowd was truly mesmerized! Many of our guests told me that the AI video was an awesome concept. But let me say that David, Jerome, and their team were awesome! I feel as though I gained some friends for life. The second I met them in person it felt like I had known them for a long time. They also knew how to get my parents to take pictures. You know, once you get older the excitement for these kinds of things is not the same as when you first got married :). So if you need a great team of folks who just make you feel at ease with a big event, look no further! Fate Studios is an amazing team and I encourage anyone who is looking for photographers/videographers to give them a call. They are well worth it!
