This one has Wonderful Farmers like the LADY FARMERS at Richardson's Farm who bring fresh meat, chicken, eggs & Chicken Livers. They raise their animals underfoot and don't supplement with nasty gmo feed. The chickens eat worms, bugs, grass, lol, just like BEFORE CORPORATE FARMING began. Whether you select Arugula (yes, with that lovely "bitter/hot" taste, figs picked the night before, or eggs taken from the chicks that morning, I promise you that your body will thank you! My message and experience to the company: Is your Queso supposed to watery? Bought this at HEB because Culinary Cowgirls was out and thought I'd try a new brand. I was expecting Queso that had the consistency of typical Queso. I love Queso, and was sooo disappointed. Is your consistency (like water) on purpose? If so, why??? You dip a chip and it's water cheese. Doesn't stick at all. Are you really from Austin? Not like any Queso I've had in the 20 plus years I've lived in Austin. I've never felt compelled to reach out to a company and tell them, ewww. Was this a bad batch or by design?

The lovely lady came out and offered samples and once I had the first bit of velvet cake with pudding, STAWP I needed more!!! She knew exactly what she was doing, one bit and she just reels you in. I don't like sweets much so I never go out of my way to find them, but this place I would come back for. The red velvet was moist and the banana pudding that accompanied it was the perfect frosting substitute. Both refreshing and lightly sweet, it made for the perfect bite! I also had the peach cobbler cinnamon roll, ooo gurl, saying it slapped would be an understatement. The perfect fruit, to cinnamon, to breading ratio and not too sweet! OMG this place is worth the look in, ask her for a sample she'll surely feel you in too! Prices are very reasonable/affordable for someone just wanting to try one of everything. There is plenty of seating outdoors with tv's and games. My only regret is that I didn't try more!! 100/10 absolutely recommend and they DoorDash!!!

This has been my go-to for the past few months, simply because it's full of really good quality…read morevendors with good products, great variety, and even better people. I have been making Buda's Farmer's Market my ritual every Sunday, as I usually get there around Noon time which still gives me a couple of hours to graze and browse and shop. I've met pretty much everyone there and it's got a nice selection of items as well. I know we're not supposed to have favorites, but I do have a few of them that I just visit on a regular basis. - Springtown Coffee Roasters - oh my goodness I love these ladies and their coffee! They have this really refreshing drink called the "Coffee Soda" - it's their Ethiopian blend mixed with carbonated water served cold, w/ ice, add some simple syrup - and WHOA! It's the best damn coffee drink I've ever had - no joke. Very refreshing, one of a kind, they need to bottle this up. I have bought a few of their coffee beans as they have a plethora of offerings. What I love about them is they offer high quality products, they know their beans, the origin, and have a specific roasting process that sustains the integrity of the bean. I can't say enough about them - only 4 bucks for a cup of coffee soda and they will give you free refills during your time there. Sometimes I come here just for their coffee soda - The pickles and jarred jelly couple up front - I have bought from them, and I love their garlic sweet and hot pickle chips. The juice can be used as a salad dressing too. Of the various pickles I've tried in the past from other vendors, these guys taste the best IMO. Huge selection too - The pickled green beans and beef / turkey jerky guy - - I buy from him on a regular basis. My favorite is the garlic picked green beans - LOVE THEM! Growing up in Michigan my bff's mom made the same and called them "Dilly Beans". I buy 3 jars at a time, you get a buck off, and if you spend a certain amount you get a $10 credit. Jerky is pretty solid too - the hot is really hot btw. He's an all around nice guy too. - The garlic puree lady - oh yeah - she makes this awesome garlic puree that you can basically put on ANYTHING! Very deep and potent garlic flavor, rub it on your chicken, I rubbed it on my grilled cheese before I put it on the skillet - WOW! I love garlic. - The kambucha girl - she's gone but her stand is still there, they have some unique flavors such as blueberry, peach, ginger lemon, and you can mix and match. I am a regular here and bring back the glass bottle and get a buck off. - The Empanada stand up front to the right - they are also at Sunset Farmers Market. My favorite is the bolognaise, brisket, and the strawberry / rhubarb. Love their sauces too! Other vendors I have bought from there and really like: - Fresh veggies - Fresh peppers - Salsa guy makes some good salsa (from Llano I think) - The cheese guy has some nice cold smoked cheeses - The salsa / tomato puree / bbq sauce / queso / jalapeno ranch girl - oh man she's got some goodies (also at Sunset). Best damn queso ever. Seriously. - Microgreen dudes - yes they are full of flavor and I love em There are a lot of great vendors here, many more that I may have forgotten, but I've always had a great experience here and everyone is always so very nice and pleasing.
