After having Scoops for a few weeks we started calling them "The Marriage Savers". They show up at their scheduled time, communicate well and couldn't be nicer. Even after an unexpected aggression incident with a guest dog, they couldn't have been more understanding and easy to work with. Cape Coral doesn't have the best reputation for service people showing up, doing a great job and charging a fair price. I am happy to say Scoops excels in all three and has been a delight.
