The cocktails are deliciously creative concoctions with everything from a herbaceous botanical gin mixer to a sophisticated fruity vodka drink perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter. Not to mention such creative presentation -- a watering can as a carafe for drinks to share, or a smoking test-tube in an iced flower pot. Even though the restaurant was full, we were able to order full menu from the bar. The chips are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with proper seasoning. The pork kebab with pineapple sauce was equally delicious. (Also able to accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free! Many great choices!) The selection of beer is nice and I personally enjoyed making my way in trying out the line of Sam Smiths brews. The price of the beer is also "extremely" inexpensive... so a little money goes a long way here. On the down side and due to the prices, this place can get busy and there is a good number of the people who've clearly had a pint or two too many. From the few times I visited here, it seems there was a group of seniors which were getting themselves pickled and if they were to die that very night they probably would not need embalming. I also didn't find the staff to be very friendly. They were not mean, but not overly sociable either. In the end, if you are with a group of people and in the neighborhood, then this is the place to come for a round or two, and then move onto your your next location.

The wait staff is outstanding here and very friendly! The selection of beers is perhaps a bit limited when compared to other places, but I had no trouble finding one which I liked. The food is also outstanding... perhaps the best chips I've ever had! (I'm told they are cooked twice...) I've been here for Lunch & Dinner and enjoyed each time and clearly this will be a must come to place each time I visit Sheffield.
