Didn't catch her name, but she was so nice and hilarious. You can get a bucket of 5 drinks for $20, or about $4 a beer/drink, so if you want to drink and have fun, you'd definitely enjoy this. Overall, I'll probably go back. They also have Cornhole!

I definitely didn't realize ahead of time how independent it would be -- the few ropes courses i've done in my life weren't in a trail format... so a guide always clipped me in/out. Neither of us were too familiar with the zipline and carabiners mechanisms, so I was nervous at first! But the guides are great at explaining how it all works, and have you do a practice round before heading out on your own. You get the hang of it fast. We were able to do 5/6 trails (we didn't get around to the most difficult one) and they were all unique and fun in their own right. I'm sure it's fun during the day too, but it was cool to be at Ijams at night with it all lit up!

He was so kind and professional, he would joke with the younger kids and make them laugh, go out on the course in a moments notice to help someone, and was all around in a good mood. He was having a good time and making sure the customers were too. So was the younger girl that Ben verbally attacked in front of everyone. Both the staff in the tree tops were fantastic, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to be around. I do feel bad for anyone that has to work with Ben though. If he was my manager I would quit before the first day was over.

Meals are seated together with a pre planned menu. Food tasted great. Since you prepay for the meal and activity there is no waiting for the check. But remember to tip the staff because that's not included in the prepayment. They have a jar on the entry table to the dinning room. Would love to return to as a guest and get the full experience.

The seating was uncomfortable, and from our original seats it was difficult to see the screen. We eventually moved to the chairs at the front for a better view, but they were even less comfortable. The biggest issue was the noise. Several overnight guests remained in the viewing area talking throughout the beginning of the movie instead of watching it. Their conversations were loud enough that we could barely hear the film. While a staff member did ask them to be quieter, the talking continued until well over halfway through the movie, making it difficult to enjoy the experience we had paid for. I was also disappointed with the drinks. The photos made them appear to be around 8-10 ounces, but they seemed to be only about 5-6 ounces. At $12 each, they did not feel like a good value and were not what I expected based on the advertising. After our visit, I reached out to management privately to share these concerns because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address the issues before posting a public review. Unfortunately, I never received a response. The lack of communication was disappointing and is the primary reason I decided to leave a two-star review. Overall, the food was grewt, but the uncomfortable seating, lack of a quiet viewing environment, the disappointing value of the drinks, and the absence of any response from management left us feeling that the overall experience did not justify the cost. The class II and III rapids were the perfect size for us. It was slightly challenging in a few places but nothing terribly difficult. It was absolutely exhilarating! Our guide Eric was incredible! He was super knowledgeable and really seemed to know the river very well. We all felt really lucky to have him as a guide. After watching a few other color rafts/companies get stuck continuously, we knew we chose the right people for this adventure. 10/10 will definitely be back again. We were finally able to book a lunch cruise for August 9th. We had 2 elderly adults with disabilities and called, while on our way there, to let you know that we were running a little late. We were told we would need to be there by 12 pm in order to go. NEVER ONCE WERE WE TOLD TO GO SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE ADDRESS ORIGINALLY GIVEN: 2001 Hwy 90 Corbin, KY 40701. No, we are not from here, are not used to driving in the mountains, and we had our two family members with disabilities, so it took longer than expected. However, we still arrived at 11:58 am. One of the women at the counter was absolutely rude, wouldn't even look at us. The other one was nicer. We were told when we made the reservations to go to the address: 2001 Hwy 90 Corbin, KY 40701 and that is where we went. However, when we arrived, we were told that we were 20 mins away from where we needed to be. WE HAD PASSED THE AREA on our way to 2001 HWY 90. The one woman then stated that there was a link on a confirmation email that would have taken us to the right place. When we click on the links, one link is to confirm the reservation and that has the address as 2001 HWY 90, the other link shows us going from 2001 HWY 90 and then to the boat, which led us to believe that we had to go there and check in first. It wasn't stated anywhere in the email, or on the phone, that the gift store and the place to catch the boat were two different locations. This not only destroyed our plans to celebrate our mother, our entire day was planned around the river boat, zip lining, rafting and spending an entire day having a great time. And not to forget the $288 we paid for an absolute disappointment! and we're told there would be no refund!
