The fall decor inside and outside was spectacular. The staff was friendly, informative and welcoming. Everything on the menu sounded exquisite- making it a little challenging to make a decision. Two of us chose the chef's tasting menu one seafood, one land, and a scrumptious ragu pasta - the chef kindly sent out a few extras so we all were able to taste a good portion of the menu items. We paired our meal with wine, martinis and old fashions. The food was paced perfectly with enough time in between dishes to comfortably enjoy our conversation, the views and the food. It was the perfect ending to what had been a pretty long and emotional day. There are places that haphazardly write "chef's tasting" on the menu, but kudos to chef for making us feel special.

Quality of food and service is most always on point. The views and spa experience are unmatched from any other 'Mill' sister restaurants. For example - On one of our dinners here, the waiter brought a complimentary Elora Mill teddy bear to give my baby niece since it was her first visit AND an Elora mill chocolate bar since we were such a big fan of their hot chocolate. I also really appreciate how much they value their local clientele and fellow hospitality industry workers - they regularly have promotions on their website with deals/discounts during certain times of the year. They have wellness products such as essential oils, culinary, and skin care products for sale. Currently, their retail store in Elora is the only place that provides an in person experience to browse and experience their products (they have an online store you can order from as well). My friend and I stopped by Terre Bleu to browse during our day trip to Elora. The store is pretty big where they have a variety of lavender items for sale. You are able to try the honeys and they even have lavender ice cream, macarons, and canned drinks available as well. In their bigger room they have many essential oils for sale as well as a cute lavender wall to take photos. The famous yellow door they had in their lavender fields is also displayed inside the shop as well. Overall, a great boutique store for all things lavender! A must visit if you go to Elora.

They have a pretty broad selection of spirits they distill themselves which can be seen on their cocktail menu upstairs. The upstairs area has a nice bar and some nice windows to look out of. The staff knows their spirits well. As they are a young distillery, don't go expecting any spirits that require aging yet. Those take time.

They've got limits on how many people can join the Lane swim/Aquafit and you need to register online. Registration opens a week ahead so you'll want to try to register several days prior to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, you have to call the Sportsplex and they'll do it for you (there isn't a way to cancel online). The change rooms and restrooms are open but the showers and lockers are not. You pick up a small bin and put your things in there and place them around the pool deck area. You'll also need to wear your mask to/from the pool area (but not in the pool ;-) Lots of parking in the front of the building.
