I was swayed to try this granted that this is an English cheese produced only in the UK, similar to blue cheese in strong smell and taste. What a superb dish! The FISH and CHIPS was also the best I had on this trip. Perfectly crisp batter on the outside and a flaky moist white fish inside, every criteria they nailed.
