Very very bad customer service team!! They are so reluctant with helping out on phone. I have been trying to reach out to them regarding an order for over 2hrs 30mins, they keep claiming to transfer to the sales team and hanging up the call instead. This has happened 2 consecutive times since I started purchasing with the good guys morayfield! Gosh!! So frustrating mahn!! read more

I bought a colour printer earlier this year and on 2 occasions since then, I have experienced paper jam that I was unable to clear. On both occasions, I took the machine back to the Morafield store where it was purchased and sought their assistance. I wasn't disappointed on either occasion. Today, Nicholas was most polite and very helpful. He worked out how to access the paper jam very quickly and had my printer back in good shape in no time. He then cut me a great deal on printer paper which I paid for with my store bonus. I couldn't be happier with the service that Nicholas provided. Many thanks, Ruth read more

Very poor service. Sold me the wrong item, questioned me about bringing it back, tried offering an…read moreinferior item for replacement before eventually getting replacement stock in after waiting twice as long as originally stated. Found out later their other store had plenty in stock. Would not entertain the idea of a refund. Electrical work held up as a result at extra cost to myself. Will go out of my way not to purchase from here again. Website continually says items are in stock which turns out they're not. Best bet would be to try Lighting Illusions. Better quality, price and service. Buyer beware!
