This place is absolutely ridiculous. My vehicle was towed here, and after I paid the full amount to…read moreget it released, I returned only to find it blocked in by other cars. Things happen, so it was cool until.... When I went back to the office to ask for help, the attendant told me there was no one available to move the vehicles. Mind you, the Cowboys game was about to start, so I understood they might be short-staffed -- but it still didn't make sense. I politely asked if someone could give me a call once the cars were moved so I could come pick mine up. The response? "Unfortunately, we can't do that." So let me get this straight -- you can't make a simple phone call to let a paying customer know their vehicle, which is already released, is no longer blocked in? My only options were to sit there and wait indefinitely or leave and come back, hoping the issue would somehow be resolved. That's completely unacceptable. Not only did I waste over an hour waiting, but I also inconvenienced the person who gave me a ride. It feels like they treat people poorly just because they know we're stuck -- since this place also serves as the city pound, they seem to think they can get away with it. We're hardworking people already in a bad situation when our cars get towed. The least they could do is make it easier to retrieve a vehicle after payment. As I write this, I've been waiting for over an hour for a car that's already paid for, with no end in sight.

Dropped off 2 PWC cylinders on JULY 20TH to be blasted, bored, honed, and decked. Was given an…read moreestimate that they would work on them AUG 11TH and should have them done mid to late Aug. Called them on AUG 23RD and was told they blasted them and should be a few more weeks. Ok, no big deal I understand delays happen. Called again multiple times in mid/late Sept and got the same response. I'm starting to get a little frustrated at this point. Called again beginning of October and the same thing "the tech is measuring them and we should know in the next few days what pistons you need, I will call you once I know more". By now boating season is wrapping up. Finally said screw it and drove to the shop and picked them up OCT 24TH. During the span of 3 months, I never received 1 call about the status of the work, delays, or any info. Clearly my business is not important to them so I decided to take it elsewhere. I've been more than patient and understanding about the delays, but at a certain point I'm tired of being lied to. If you're a racer or have a trip or some sort of hard deadline you need a project finished by, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Also, in regards to the media blasting that they did do, I was told the coolant passages would be cleaned out and cylinder looking like new. Still lots of paint and corrosion everywhere on the cylinders and coolant passages. Lack of attention to detail and care for the customer. Will never do business with them and do not recommend.

The complaint is that he worked on our motorhome and said it was fixed. We went to pick it up and…read moreeverything he worked on did not work. We made the mistake of paying him before we even saw the vehicle. It appeared that he was very anxious to take our money before we even knew where the vehicle was. He would not refund our money and promised that he would fix everything. Several weeks passed, they called and said everything was ready to go and that everything on the list worked. We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. We started all of this so it would be fixed and we could sell it because we are elderly, living on social security only and we needed the money. He is the owner and his name is Corey Ebert.
