Nicely laid out with some very challenging holes. During summer months one needs to secure tee times well in advance as all tee times are taken. The course also has a driving range. Range balls are also fairly priced at $8.00 for a small (50) balls and $16.00 for a large (100) balls. The driving range matts are quite warm but pro shop where balls are sold told me they were being replaced in the 2024 season. Brand new golf carts have replaced the old ones only negative is these carts are gas powered which can result in jerky stops and starts. But this facility does not have a cart barn which prevents electrical access. Hopefully in the future the town of Greenwich will erect a cart barn with electrical chargers for electric carts. Pro shop carries the popular brands of shirts, golfing apparel and shoes. The personnel in the shop are knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager, Ashley, has great personality and is a pleasure to deal. Everyone in the shop is friendly and courteous to all patrons. Lessons are available from PGA professionals. For a public course I highly recommend the "Griff"

Numerous times we have gone over over so love the extra time . The most impactful part of my lesson is the dialog, learning by understanding my objective! Last but not least, it's amazing when my instructor hit the ball to demonstrate a point (e.g. don't need to swing hard). Make sure to buy your lesson pack when there's a sale!

I learned about golf, the swing, having manners/being polite to fellow golfers (i.e. be quiet when someone is hitting, allow people to play through if you're playing slow, making friendships, etc....) and sportsmanship. He put the love of the game and confidence in me (along with loving the 69 Mets and fishing off the Jetty at the base of the Throgs Neck Bridge) to achieve anything. I felt like I was 7 yrs old again this morning during my lesson with Rick. Rick's passion for the game, his teaching knowledge and techniques, along with his ability to positively "listen" and communicate back to me; why you do, what you need to do , to correct and understand your swing. Ricks true passion and understanding of the golf swing, along with his initiative, communication skills (including his listening skills) and ability to have you understand the game and your swing is legendary. Took lessons on and off for the past 10 years . Then I met Rick and can finally hit it straight! What a great golf teacher and experience! Rick is patient and professional and has an insight into working on improving your golf game by recognizing your weaknesses and working on them. The gym is…read moredefinitely on the expensive side, but it's clean, well-maintained, and offers a lot of amenities for families. One of the biggest perks is the child care. They can watch your child for up to 2.5 hours while you work out, which is incredibly valuable for parents and has made it much easier for me to take classes and exercise consistently. The outdoor pool area is another highlight, especially in the summer. The pool and water slide make it feel more like a family destination than just a gym. I've taken two strength-training classes so far, and both instructors and fellow members have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My biggest complaint is the family locker room. It can feel pretty chaotic, especially during busy times. There are only eight shower rooms, and they also serve as changing rooms, which creates bottlenecks for families trying to get in and out. Parking can also be a challenge. It's manageable now, but I suspect it will become even more difficult once the outdoor pool season is in full swing. Overall, if you're willing to pay a premium, you get a clean facility, great classes, excellent family amenities, and valuable child care. The parking and locker room situation could be improved, but so far the positives outweigh the negatives for me

Ivan does a…read morereally great job planning consistent monthly tournaments for singles and doubles, as well as taking feedback from participants and implementing them. At the most recent tournament, he started giving out really cool trophies to the winners. Physically, this Life Time location is just a great place to play- 7 permanent courts and two of those courts have ton's of extra space/bleachers for an audience. I've been a regular participant of the last couple pickleball tournaments and definitely plan on signing up for more next year
