It didn't take long to get through the line and I could tell how genuine and personable the staff were with each customer. When it was my turn, I explained what I needed, and the gentleman said that I don't need to waste my money and he gave me some steps to do to charge the watch back up again. I went home and told my husband, he thought I was crazy! But I followed the steps and the watch is good as new! The staff member I spoke with talked about what a super neat watch this is. Overall, I had an amazing experience, and I will be back! I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

I took two watches in for battery replacement. I was informed to give them a couple of days and when I went to pick them up I was informed they needed to order a stem for one of the watches. When I asked why they didn't replace the battery in the other watch, the clerk simply shrugged her shoulders. She also promised me she would call me on Monday with an update. ... No Call ... I went by to check on the watcher several days later and was informed they were still waiting on the stem and had not replaced the other battery. When I said I wanted the watches back the clerk acted like it didn't matter to her.
