They did not recognize me and again asked if I wanted my diamond cleaned. They again said I needed a built up on my wedding band for 730.00 and my diamond for 250.00. I didn't ask to have my rings checked . I immediately took them to my jeweler who said my rings needed " no fixing"!!!! Sierra moon is a place I would run from!!!

I went back to Golden Swan already heartbroken and asked to sell it back. The owner said all they could do was give me $1000 and the promise I could come back and rebuy it. Instead of upselling me on a product or service, she was very honest and advised that I actually discuss with the original maker/manufacturer of the ring (Brilliant Earth) since this was a ring that she had seem with similar issues many years in the past. Because it was more of a "manufacturer issue", a simple fix/rebending of the stone prongs would likely only be temporary, and that this ultimately wouldn't be a good long-term fix. She recommended that we actually get the stone reset (by the manufacturer, not her), and that she would help answer questions if needed. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable. Really appreciate her honesty and willingness to divert business elsewhere because it was the right thing to do. I went to another jeweler in the area just for my own research, and they offered to fix it with "no guarantees for how long it would last". Andrea was honest and I really appreciate that.

Although it was a complex redesign, the cost was very affordable and was ready a week earlier than I expected!
