We are pretty sure that my infant son was placed in a chair from the minute we got there till he was picked up. Kids were always crying when I went in there, and I witnessed one child on his stomach in a swing. We can not prove it, but we are confident that the teacher that ran the three year old room spanked my child. He has never been sparked, or threatened with spanking, and he acted out, and named the teacher that spanned him. He said that she spanked him for having an accident in his pants. The management showed no interest in solving our complaint. Do not send your kids here!

My daughter isn't even four yet and knows all of her letters, can write her name and several other words, and can count to 20. She loves going to school and receives a great mixture of playtime, art time, and learning. They even helped a lot with potty training 1.5-2 year olds. I am much happier here than I was with an in home provider. This place isn't incredibly cheap, but they do accommodate hours from 630-6, so when you break it down for the number of hours of care, it is a much better deal than I had with an in home daycare provider. Plus they provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks. They also give you a week of vacation to use after a year and you don't have to pay vacation for the employees.

Especially for the price. My son just turned 3 today, and is finishing up in the "Twos" room at MLS. My wife and I first found this place when she was going back to work after our son had turned one. We immediately loved the location and the staff. I have experienced nothing but the height of politeness and friendliness from everyone who's worked there over the past two years. The building is bright and beautiful, and ALWAYS exceptionally clean, and has a great layout. Ms. Kim and her staff prepare in-house Breakfast and Lunch daily, and the kids get a really great variety of food. I am confident every morning that my son is safe and is being well-cared for. Even those mornings when he's throwing a screaming fit and doesn't want to get in or out of the car, when he gets to school, for him it's a safe calm space, and he settles down with relative quickness at the hands of any of the wonderful teachers. Do yourself a favor and call Ms. Kim and enroll your littles now! Feel free to personally send me a FB message if you have any questions about my experience.

After seeing so so many other parents with similar experiences I wanted to speak up as well. My son…read morewent here for a few months about two years ago. There were several small things that bothered me but I chalked them up to me being an uptight first time mom. Looking back I wish I'd listened to my gut. 1) a diaper rash that literally lasted for more than a month. I now know this was because he wasn't being changed often enough. 2) Mold in his sippy cup. Found this after I saw chunky milk sitting in his cup. Was told she was "unaware" that the silicone piece was removable. 3) children were placed in front of a tv while she clipped coupons. 4) I regularly picked up my son and found a man I did not recognize watching TV while she was upstairs. 5) Every day there were more kids than the ratio allows and no help in site. Finally 6) on the last day my son attended I saw another child, maybe 18 months old, with nearly half his face covered in what looked like road rash. When I asked what happened she told me he climbed all the way up the big kid ladder on the playground and then slid down before she saw him. That slide was on the far side of the yard and there is no reason at all that any child should have had access to it without her seeing unless she was inside while the kids were outside. I wish I had spoken up sooner but I always thought it was in my head. If I'd known it wasn't just me, I never would have allowed my son one minute in that house.
