I can't say enough good things about Building Blocks Daycare. Ms. Nina (owner) who runs the daycare…read moreat her home is basically the sweetest, most caring & reliable human I've ever met. She also is extremely good at running her business. She truly cares so much for the kids. It's like taking your kid to grandmas house...she treats them like that. Our son went here from 1.5 yo to 3.5 yo. I think all of us and parentheses me and my husband and my son were really sad to have to say goodbye but it came to a point where our son needed to go to a larger preschool. It was so sad...I think we just really knew that we were all going to miss each other, especially my son! Ms. Nina was so understanding and agreed that he was ready to move on but expressed how much she would miss him. It was such a safe place for all of us for those first few years with him and I feel so lucky that we found her especially because we have baby number two on the way. The preschool usually has I believe 6 to 10 children and I think there's a max of children under two years because by law they can only have a certain amount of younger babies. Ms. Nina makes them lunch every day which is fantastic. All the kids are so happy there. All the parents loved it too it's just a really simple set up. You pick up and drop off at her house and there are no weird rules about needing to get them there by a certain time etc. there's basically just a daily timeframe 7-6pm and you drop-off and pick up whenever you can which was really important for us because our schedules are constantly changing. We really appreciated that flexibility! Ms. has her stuff together, she's extremely organized and really just embodies kind of the perfect person you'd want taking care & overseeing the care of your kid all day. There are generally at least two teachers there for the group of kids, I think sometimes there's up to three, including Ms. Nina. I could go on and on and on but honestly I didn't even wanna leave a review because I don't want people to go here and then there be no space for our second kid jk she's the best. I can honestly say I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. Highly recommend!!!!!! We still communicate with her all the time and need to FaceTime soon. We all miss her!

My daughter is the most polite, well mannered and kind little girl that I know--and so much of this is from values that Nina and her caregivers have instilled in our child. Our daughter absolutely loves going and asks about Nina and her friends every day we have her at home because she genuinely misses them. The care is above and beyond any expectation I ever had. Nina will become family and that is exactly how she will treat your child, like her grandchild. Would send my child here 1,000x over! Thank you Nina!

Ulyana just graduated after four amazing years, and saying goodbye feels very emotional for us. When your child spends four years somewhere, it becomes so much more than just a preschool. It becomes part of their childhood and part of your family's life. I absolutely love the teachers. They have always been so kind, patient, caring, and loving with the children. I never had to worry when I left Ulyana in the morning because I knew she was in good hands and surrounded by people who truly cared about her. She was happy to come to school, she learned so much, made wonderful memories, and grew from a little girl into a confident, curious, school-ready kid. Looking back at these four years, I realize how lucky we were to find this place. So many of Ulyana's early childhood memories were made here, with teachers who encouraged her, comforted her, celebrated her little accomplishments, and helped her grow every step of the way. To all of the teachers and staff -- thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving and caring for my girl all these years. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, all the hugs, smiles, celebrations, and everyday little things that meant so much. We are leaving with a very happy child, countless beautiful memories, and a very grateful mom. Four amazing years that we will never forget. We will miss you all so much!

LTMA has been an amazing experience for our family. My daughter joined the infant room with Ms…read more Faye and Ms. Liliana at 11 months. I was a little worried about how she would adjust since she'd been home with me the entire time but they cared for her so well and now at almost 17 months she's comfortable to the extent I usually have to convince her to come home and that we'll be back the next day. Within the first month, she adjusted pretty well, learnt how to nap independently, started walking, became comfortable around other people, and now her language is expanding and she is learning new words every day. She can eat independently too with hands and even with a spoon and fork. I'm really impressed with her growth. I appreciate their curriculum, they are structured, they have art, playtime both inside and outside, and a fun summer program keeping the kids engaged and experiencing new things. All the teachers are so kind, warm and caring and you can see it in the faces of the other children. This was actually our decision point to bring our child here, when we did the tour the kids were so happy and just being kids playing. This sealed the deal for us. Thank you Ms. Lily for running this place the way you do and creating a loving and nurturing environment for our children.

They are great about providing daily feedback on food, mood, and any challenges. Also, the schools hours are so accommodating for our dual-working parent household. He's transitioned to the next room so smoothly: ie. Group lunch and naps. The playground and garden are some of his favorite places to frequent. Even their holiday programs are so wonderful.
