Currently, a parent…read morecan get Flok points for bringing their child to the Children's Playroom if they stay a minimum number of hours. After so many points, they get a discount on their next stay. I think the CPR should consider allowing Flok points to be given per child each visit as well as a person who brings two or more children for greater than 4 hours is paying considerably more than a person who brings one child and should thus be able to obtain more Flok points with each visit. In summary, I believe that Flok points should be obtained PER CHILD who stays a certain number of hours not per visit. What are your thoughts??

The rate is $8 per hour for one child plus $2 per hour for each additional child. They do charge an additional $2 per hour for babies. (6 weeks-15 months old). Our 4 year old daughter loves it there. They do crafts, games, and special projects for holidays. Lots of toys and room for the kids to play. They even help with potty training! The only negative thing I can say is that once I dropped off my 15-month-old boy there, and he had a real meltdown. Just wouldn't stop crying. And they kept calling me about it, I guess to try to get me to pick him up early. I dunno, but man, babies cry sometimes! The owner was very nice about it though when I picked him up.

One girl was crying because she was alone for hours and had to use the restroom (she had 3 infants and 2 children). I observed this at both locations (a week apart) and decided not to leave my child either time. I asked what happened that quality went down and was told new management cut hours.

Our experience with this school has been deeply concerning from a safety and management…read moreperspective. The school consistently appears to be understaffed, and families frequently receive messages asking parents to keep their children home due to staffing shortages. In addition, there have been multiple state violations, poor communication, and several incidents that we feel were either undocumented or not appropriately addressed. As parents, the safety and well-being of our children are our highest priorities, and unfortunately, we no longer feel confident that this school can provide a safe and reliable environment. Due to these ongoing concerns, we are actively seeking a different school for our children. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend this school to other families.

Currently we have an infant with Ms Tresa and Ms Brittany and a Pre-K'er with Ms. Sarah. Ms Tresa and Ms Brittany are so warm and make it 10000x times easier to drop her off each morning... they also do a great job keeping to the schedule I've requested for our baby. Our Pre-K'er blows me away with how much he's learned in Ms. Sarah's class. The way she integrates academics, emotional intelligence, and social and community responsibility has done so much to shape my kiddo. Highly recommend considering this school for anyone in the market!

We were unfamiliar with the process of interviewing, selecting, and hiring and needed guidance throughout. Rachel is a true professional with an undeniable talent for finding the perfect match between nannies and families. She is personable and knowledgeable and treated us as if we were a member of her own family. Rachel was a nanny herself for many years and she knows the ins and outs of the industry better than anyone we've ever met. She was able to give advice on candidates, negotiations, payroll services, and answer many, many other questions that we had as new parents. The process of finding a good nanny can be daunting and Rachel was absolutely invaluable. We are so happy with the nanny that Rachel matched us with and we never would have found her if not for Nashville Nanny Agency. I would give Nashville Nanny Agency my highest recommendation and I would never go anywhere else!

Princess (Nanny in the City) came highly recommended from a trusted friend. It was a match from the beginning-- she has really clear, professional materials that lay out what she offers in different packages and helped us figure out what we needed. Ultimately we booked 2 nights a week for about 6 weeks. She met us beforehand so we could talk about what we were needing and met my other child to include him in the process, which was lovely. It was such a relief coming home from the hospital with a new baby and knowing that we were going to have support a couple times a week. That first night when postpartum hormones were raging and I was still banged up from birth (IYKYK), Princess was so reassuring, not just in her care for the baby, but also in her care for me. When she brought me the baby, she made sure I had water, snacks, my glasses/phone or anything else I needed. Her manner was so calm and competent that I felt absolutely secure handing her my baby in the night. My husband was also able to get good sleep so he could take even better care of us the next day. The benefits were definitely multifaceted. Even as a second time mom there were so many things she taught me about my baby-- it was incredibly validating when she noticed things and offered support/ideas. We also used some of Nanny in the City's other services which I also recommend! Princess coached us on how to locate a part time nanny and helped us review our candidate via an interview, references, and completed a background check for us. Princess is the perfect blend of professional warmth. We highly recommend her!
