His teachers were so kind and taught great lessons everyday. And they had wonderful exhibits at the daycare, like petting zoos, magicians, planetariums, etc. Sheri and Tammy are doing a fantastic job running this KinderCare! Thank you for taking such great care of our little guy!

Him being kicked out of daycare isn't what bothers me as much as the staff talking bad about a little 5-year-old boy who has autism. Why not get some people to work with children who have autism instead of ousting them like they are some little criminals. They are children who need someone that has extra patience to teach them how to communicate in productive ways. I get it, many autistic kids can become violent and act out. But when I read into this, it has to do with the fact that they get frustrated they aren't able to communicate with others because most autistic children are non-verbal. I'm completely annoyed that staff at daycares are talking bad about little children instead of finding ways to make them feel safe and helping them with the barriers they are facing. If I lived in Colorado I would definitely be at the director's door and reporting some their staff to the state. Maybe they need to watch some cameras or get some cameras and see that staff are on their phones a lot and not paying attention to the children. My poor grandson doesn't need that kind of treatment from staff when he already faces barriers with being a non-verbal autistic child. I'm so upset in hearing about it all.

Sep 24, 2013 Complaint Sep 24, 2013 Stage II Investigation Sep 24, 2013 Complaint Sep 24, 2013 Stage II Investigation May 21, 2013 Stage II Investigation May 21, 2013 Stage II Investigation Definition: Stage II - is conducted to determine the administrative culpability of a facility where an alleged incident of abuse/neglect has occurred. This is the most recent data from CO Department of Human Services. Something is majorly wrong at this daycare resulting in neglect, abuse, no security, and poor diet with the food they offer and do not offer. My daughter was recently severely injured and it resulted in a black eye and 3 different stories from the people that cared for her. I had to take her to the emergency room. I pulled her out immediately. No parent in there right mind would continue care, they now want to charge me for 2 additional weeks of care plus additional days they said I did not pay for. The very first day of her care she had marks all over her face and the teacher said that she had no clue how it happen. I should have pulled her out then, but I decided not to go with my gut. The next month she attended her behavior change in such a drastic way that was not explainable. Something serious was going on there, not to mention they refused to give my daughter fluids through out the day. One care giver said that they could only offer the children drinks 3 times a day it was a regulation and only 1 cup of milk. My daughter was severely dehydrated on many occasions, when I brought it to there attention they said she refused to drink. Bull crap!!~! She would down 2 sippy cups right when we got home. I wish I was not ignorant and went with my gut right away. 1 month was far to long to make my daughter suffer. She is back to herself now, no injuries, no behavioral issues. I want other parents to know my daughters story, so that their child does not suffer. I want other parents to report incidents to the licensing board and CPS so that another child is not injured. They will threaten you as they did me, but you need to make the step, so that other children will not be neglected or injured. I seriously believe this daycare should be closed. The staff is overly friendly, extremely fake, so unprofessional, not to mention uneducated. . They have absolutely no business ethics.
