Every class day, he gets to be creative with arts and crafts, sing and dance to music, get some play time outside, learn some Spanish, learn his numbers, letters, days of the week, holidays, etc. have snack time with his friends, and lifelong lessons all in a tight-knit, smaller classroom size school. He was able to celebrate holidays they way they should be. Giving out Valentine's cards, coloring hard boiled eggs for Easter...Not like at the Montessori school which didn't allow it all for children of his age. Tucked away in a family oriented neighborhood with the city's police right down the street, I have peace of mind and happiness sending our son to this school. The most important thing about this school is that it makes our son happy, which matters most.

We thought the environment would be great for our rather shy son, but we were raklroaded by passive aggression. Also staff tends to talk to parents about other children... Very inappropriate. If you decide to send your child here, RUN at the first hint of these behaviors because it will only continue. My wife and I discussed these matters with staff, but they continued to ask what my son could have done to mitigate the bullying. We finally had enough and decided to leave. This one of the few places that would accept him at that early age. The teachers there do it all! Prepare meals, supervise the children in the morning, do minor repairs, drive the bus to pick up / drop off students at local schools, etc. my son had some specific needs and each teacher and Director was more than accommodating. That took a large weight off my shoulders. I really like the photos sent to the private portal everyday. This way I can get an idea of what is happening during the day. We have photos that go back 3 years...love that. I've met just about every teacher there and I have no issues. if I have a question I can ask them in person or email them. emails do not get ignored....they are responded to quickly. The extra activities they have for the children are wonderful too. My son loves his teachers...all of them. Thank you all for doing what you do!

As a 25 year old first time mom I made the worst mistake of my life sending my child here. My son was enrolled for only one month and suffered a femur break which child family services held one of the teachers responsible for physical abuse on my son. The broken femur was his third incident within one month of him being enrolled. Kindercare has yet to take responsibility for my one year olds injuries. The lies that are continuously being told as to how my son got injured I am fed up. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. I have all the information needed to support and once everything is done with the trial I will make my child's story known! They have staff members who are not licensed working with kids. UPDATE -- September 2026: The former KinderCare employee involved in my son's injuries has been fired and has now been criminally charged by the State of Maryland. The criminal trial was scheduled to begin this week but has been postponed until February. It has now been over a year since my son was injured while in KinderCare's care. He was injured three separate times within one month by the same employee. What is still disappointing to me is that, despite all this time passing, my first direct communication from a KinderCare representative regarding what happened to my son came during the deposition--over a year later. Rather than focusing on why my child was repeatedly hurt while in their care and taking responsibility, the discussion was centered around money. This has never been about money. It has always been about my son and accountability. I have been very clear about why I am continuing to fight this: there are families who do not have the resources to take on a large corporate daycare after their child is hurt. I am fighting for my son, but I am also speaking up for those families who may not be able to. I've also attached part of Kindercares representative's email stating that my statements about me fighting this for my child being injured in their care is not just about money to me. So again, take what I am showing you and keep your kids far away from this establishment as a whole! Unlike my oldest (who's now 12), my littles is one that is always up to something and getting into something, so it was important to find a place that would really have that extra special watchful eye. We saw signs for one opening soon and we met with Kelly and loved what we heard, so we signed up. We started here when they opened in late October,2022. From the start, my daughter absolutely loved it despite drop-off at the beginning not being so smooth with her. Her first teachers Colleen and Riley really helped her with becoming acclimated and comfortable with being there. This entire staff is amazing and it truly feels like they genuinely care for my child. We get daily updates on what's happening during her day and even pictures. She's learning so much and they have so much patience with her, she's quite the overactive child. She loves coming as she learns so much, always something going on. Honestly, we could not have chosen a better place... it doesn't feel like a daycare but like family is taking care of my kid. We are unfortunately leaving at the end of next month due to job relocation, and I really worry I won't find a place just as wonderful and caring as Celebree Elkridge. I don't know if I'll find the same care and attention, most important the tranquility I have knowing THEY are the ones caring for my baby, when we move and seek a new daycare school.
