They came out and reclaimed their door, but they withheld funds for a few weeks insisting that I remove my online reviews. I told them that wasn't going to happen and I would take legal action if I didn't receive a refund since they now had my door, which they finally did. I am appreciative that 12 months after this engagement started that they finally did the right thing, but it took a lot of time and persistance. I have raised my rating from a one star to a two star.
