It was fun to see his precision on a backhoe. His landscaping project on our lot included large block retaining walls, construction of a raised parking pad, construction of the driveway and 2 lower parking areas, tree removal, septic system work, loads of gravel/dirt, and gorgeous landscaping including boulder retaining walls. This was a major project, and we loved every minute of it. Leroy is just a great guy who was fun to be around. He and Greg are now considered friends. We will only use Singer Construction in the future and highly recommend Leroy.

My regular…read moresprinkler company was unable to get to our system to blow it out before the cold weather arrives, so we decided to try this company. It was agreed that they would come out on Tuesday the 8th which I would text them when I was done with a meeting - sometime after 10. When I called them at 10:32 AM, they were already there, and the person on location was scolding my wife for someone not being there. As I rolled up, I asked them why they didn't wait for my call or text, and he said that he had a bunch of these to get done and needed to get going on these. Unfortunately, the equipment he had was a very small compressor, but worse yet, they did not have the proper fittings to connect to the sprinkler system, so he tried to put the fitting end of the air compressor hose into the valve connection (same as a hose bibb) but that didn't work because there was no sealed connection. I had to run to the store and buy the connections to make an air compressor hose to valve adapter, which I purchased and put together to make a sealed connection. That still didn't work because the sprinkler guy did not thread it on all the way. Once it was tightened it still didn't work, but that was due to the inadequate pressure of the small compressor. They finally gave up, and said we needed a commercial compressor (which we thought we were hiring a company that had one). The part that disappointed me the most is that they kept all the fittings I had just purchased, and despite me calling them as they drove away, making 2 more calls to them within 5 minutes, and sending 5 texts, they have refused to answer any of them. I cannot recommend this company at all due to their inadequate equipment, their taking something that was not theirs, and the lack of professionalism by ignoring repeated contact attempts.
