I'm not much for writing reviews, but I have to say that being a Gary Yeomans Ford customer has…read morepaid off in more ways than I could have possibly imagined and in more ways than I ever expected. The transmission in my truck blew up. I have an extended warranty. So, I wasn't worried about the cost of a new transmission. But my extended warranty company would not replace my transmission due to contact terms. As you can imagine, I didn't know what to do. Talk about extreme stress!$$$ But then, Ben Burrows, my service advisor, and Tommy Arena, the service manager, at Gary Yeomans Ford, heard what happened. They got together and came up with a very manageable plan that was above and beyond my expectations by working with me concerning the cost of replacing my transmission when they knew I had to pay out of pocket. What Tommy and Ben did for me was beyond anything I ever expected. I'm sharing my experience because Gary Yeomans Ford is truly all about their customers, not just dollars. I can never thank everyone enough for what they did for me and my family. Again, thank you very much. My family and I are indebted to you and are customers for life. Stan Klezos

**Attention** GO SEE…read moreCHRISTIAN WILSON!!!!! TRUST ME. So I've only done a review where it was after receiving some kind of service or making a purchase. But I just have to give a big shoutout to Christian at Daytona Mercedes. Even though I ultimately did not end up making the drive down to purchase the vehicle we made a deal on, Christian absolutely went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, transparent as glass, and genuinely worked hard to try to put together a deal that made sense for me and my family. If it makes money it makes sense. What stood out the most was that he never made it feel like a typical pushy dealership experience. He communicated clearly, respected my time (especially since most of the communication was via text), worked through the numbers with me, followed up, and actually made me feel like he cared about earning my business the right way. The deal simply didn't work out in the end because of my family's timing and circumstances, but that had nothing to do with Christian's effort. He did everything he could on his end and handled the whole situation with class. If you're looking at a vehicle at Daytona Mercedes, I would absolutely recommend asking for Christian Wilson. Even without completing the purchase, he earned my respect and my recommendation. That says a lot. Huge thanks again Christian for working with me, You were stellar bro.

We worked with Seth Bellikkoff - he was great! Honest, straightforward guy with a no-nonsense approach. We came to a fair price quickly, the car was exactly what we were looking for, they took care of our lease return, answered all of our questions, and got us back on the road very quickly. For us, it was worth the 2-hour drive from Gainesville. Can't say enough positive things about these guys!

I found the right guy!…read more When my 2015 Nissan Armada suddenly wouldn't go into gear, I was immediately worried about what was wrong--especially because I'm leaving for Virginia in just a few days for a funeral. I found Michael's Mobile Care, and I'm so glad I did! Michael came out within hours, exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. He arrived just before 5:00, and it had already been raining for about 20 minutes. I honestly thought for sure he might not come out in that weather, but he showed up right on time and simply said that a little rain wasn't going to stop him. He knew exactly what was wrong, quickly assessed the problem, and figured out what part he needed. He left around 5:00 to get the part and said he'd be back in about an hour. While he was gone, the rain went from bad to an absolute downpour! But just after 6:00, Michael showed back up with the part in hand, still working in the pouring rain. He had my Armada fixed quickly and actually left it working better than it had been before. And after everything he did, he charged me a more than reasonable price. I was stressed and worried about my vehicle and the timing of my trip, but Michael completely took that worry away. He saved the day when I really needed someone to come through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael's Mobile Care, and I will absolutely call him again in the future if I need anything. Thank you, Michael, for going above and beyond and saving the day! You're the real deal!
