We dropped it off and waited in the lounge area. We were told two hours and it was done in under an hour! It looks great and all the cameras are working fine:) I didn't get any names, but thank you to the gentleman that installed our glass and another thanks to the guy that was busy yet stopped what he was doing to help me find the bathroom and the secretarial assistant was very nice too! We appreciate the professionalism and kindness of everyone. Thank you! Hope to not be back anytime soon, but if we have to- we won't mind so much;)

I waited in line to get my truck in for about 40 minutes - then they got my truck in drained my oil…read moreand then came and told me they did not have an oil filter for my truck - which is just a standard F250 diesel 6.7 L so I got free oil but no real oil change and then they tried to call me and had me come back in because they told me that they told the manager and the manager said they did have the oil filter. The guy just didn't know which one to look for and it was like an hour and a half of just confusion so I don't want to do that again.

I arrived at 11:03 exited at 1:03 they lined us up and put numbers on our windshields. The three people behind me came around to the right and they put their numbers in front of me which is not a bad thing with three bays rolling, I'm OK with that. The issue I have is I pulled in behind the truck that I had been behind the entire two hours and went to the bay to the right they all said you can't be here before these three cars. I actually took photos of the cars coming around me to the right and showed the manager. The only reason that I took photos was to show my wife how long the lines were not even realizing that I had taken a couple photos showing the cars behind me and then to the right of me. After $139 later and two hours of wasted time again changing oil, we are talking oil here. The arrogance and the up selling was at an all-time high that day. I'm not naïve to understand that it was pre-holiday travel and people are trying to get in, but it's how the associates handled the situation. They are on a first come first serve basis and I arrive on a Monday as soon as they opened they have my midsize SUV in and out and complete within 45 minutes. I absolutely love my tent and even though I went in there, saying one thing it was explained to me Why I should have something else and I'm so glad that I listen to professionals and did what I did I got the ceramic tent and it blocks out probably 80% of the heat. I would normally feel inside of my vehicle even the sunshade that I use. I now can feel a difference when I get in my car mid afternoon compared to prior to getting the tent this is an absolute value and worth every cent. Believe the hype and trust them with your next vehicle.

It looks exactly the same and I just paid $175. I can't believe it and I hope that you ask for full transparency in the shade and the price before you have them, do any work to your car because you might sit around for an hour and come to find a car that looks exactly the same and they'll still charge you the full amount.
