I've driven by this place a ton of times but never stopped in. This will definitely be my new go-to flower shop! I was able to pick up a beautiful orchid and some succulents. The succulents will make a great addition to my garden and I just love orchids since they tend to last a lot longer than your average cut flower arrangement. Speaking of arrangements, they had a great selection and it seems they can customize to your liking. The staff was super friendly and taught me so much about caring for my new plants. He has a bright burst of positive energy who absolutely loves her job her business her customers. I have seen or I guess witnessed Customer's complaining before they even look at the flowers about price about availability and about the timelines of getting an arrangement made. Most of the time Lo Lo handles the aggressive customers, but sometimes they go too far. When you go to a quality flower shop and tell them that what you want but she explains that it's not in season and you get angry at her you need to chill. Lo Lo is a fabulous florist who only wants to satisfy the customer with a quality product. Unfortunately, some customers demand magic, and when they don't receive it, run to the Internet to complain. I have been in Pebble Beach for almost 25 years. I don't recall when Burst And Bloom opened, but I have been a customer I believe for over 10 years and never ever disappointed with the flowers I take home.

The arrangement came with NO indication of the shop name.. Not on the card or anywhere else stated who made and delivered it.. I had to call my daughter to find out the shop name.. I went to their web site, clicked on 'contact us' and made a complimentary comment, urging them to sign their work so people would know who to recommend for great work.. As in many 'contact boxes' on line, you have to put in a verification Code... I tried 3 times and was refused all 3 times.. I gave up.. I will drop by the business because I want to tell them how pleased my wife was with their efforts...
