It is designed for your baby/toddler/child to save their life if they fall in a pool or other body of water. Mrs. Cassidee has been a part of the Swim and Smile team, and is certified. We are in the swim-float-swim class for self-rescue. As a pool owner we have tried for 3 years to find a good rescue float school. Several places told us they would teach rescue float but they did not... they only taught "water comfortability" or some basic version... but nothing that would calm my heart if my toddler faced an emergency. Once we found Splash of Faith, I instantly felt that at the end of this course my child could survive an emergency encounter. It's hard to watch your child learn to swim sometimes, but Mrs. Cassidee quickly earns the child's trust, and the children quickly master these skills. It's WAY better than the alternative. I could NOT recommend her enough! She also offers brush up, and follow up courses. 5 STARS for life saving work!

We interviewed them, and then signed up for infant rescue. It was a mommy-n-me, get used to the water class. We were there two weeks before we were told our child wouldn't get rescue tools for at least about her 2 years! We have a pool! We need I can't rescue! We were bluntly lied to so they could get our money. That story is for anyone who may be shopping for infant rescue classes! Those people will not give your kid the skills to save their life! Do not go to anyone in this tri-county area if you are truly worried! Only Mrs. Cassidee actually helps your kid learn the tools that can save their life! I finally feel safe!

My family asked for a session where they could actually focus on bonding her with the teacher and water - and they scheduled for a day when nobody was there (which is just irritating and rude... my mom scheduled her one day off around this) and then has been ghosted when asked to reschedule. We've now asked for a refund and have also been ignored. I just don't think this place holds strong morals or integrity - being grabbed by a stranger and thrown into water as a 4 year old is traumatizing. Would not recommend. 0/10.

The owner Danielle seems to genuinely care about her students and their safety around water. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. In this modern culture where everyone gets a participation trophy and the kids seem to be the ones running the show, I really appreciated a place where the teacher is in charge and the student needs to listen and follow instructions. We did not have a good experience with swimming fishies. We had been to 1 swim school before and 2…read moresince, and this one was by far the worst. It is all gimmicks and marketing. For 1 lesson they talked to her about scooping her hands for ice cream and tying a band around her legs and by the next lesson they thought it was time to throw her in and let her go at it. They claimed she was "swimming"....she was struggling, floundering with no technique, and gasping for air when she would come up. That is how they promise their kids learn to swim faster, their standard for "swimming" is actually nearly drowning to anyone else watching. The coaches were young, inexperienced, and would give attitude to the kids if they lost their patience with them. We signed up as soon as they opened and even then I never saw the owner in the water doing classes or training her coaches. My 4 year old daughter hated coming and would cry and plead that I never send her back. (I would too if I was drowing multiple times in class every week). It became too much for her to handle and too uncomfortable for me to sit by and watch so I notified the owner that I was giving my notice to cancel classes. She didn't respond for weeks and then had the audacity to use the date she read the email as the date of notice cancellation. I let her know the date was wrong and she never responded. I disputed the charge and got threated by her husband to be sent to collections. I sent them their own policy (which I had luckily pre-saved since they tried changing it), copy of my original email, and the correct calculation of when I should have been charged until. Never heard back and they didn't even try to send me to collections because they were in the wrong. We have since found a different swim school that is amazing. They don't use gimmicky swim devices, they are kind but firm, my kids love going, and the owner is in the water all day every day. My daughter has learned more in 2 weeks at her new swim school then she did in months at swimming fishies.
