But the store had apparently construed breastfeeding as sexual in my opinion although it might not be fact then harrased her for it when she left.... "told her to cover up based on the lady it happend to" what nerve do you have to tell a woman not to feed their child when the child is smelling the food your eating! Then construe it sexual instead harrasing her for feeding her baby. which is teh only reason I could think of that you would tell someone to cover themselves.... Instead of men who would or would not possibly construe it sexually as well... and when the person reacts use it as justification to tell them dont act this way or dont come back. This is legal.. and LEGALLY Protected in my nonprofessional opinion. Im not a lawyer and dont claim to be one but a layman can read this. To me she broke part C and D of LA breastfeeding law! L.R.S. 51 § 2247.1 I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE I HOPE IT GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!

He asked me if I was there with someone else who had coincidentally tried to buy the same brand of cigarettes but had been turned away. I told him no since I was with my wife headed out for the night. He then asked if I was sure I confirmed I had no idea what he was talking about then was refused service. No clue why as I'm sure probably 100s if not 1000s of people come in on a Saturday night buying smokes and I'm sure some of us buy the same brand. Very poor customer service and without any logical reason. Very strange behavior and walked out of the store empty handed and confused.
