I am not a person who demands much from leasing companies, but the service I have received to date has been horrendous. I have dealt with what appears to be black mold, outdated appliances, and poor service. I am here today because, although the leasing office doesn't close until 4:00 pm I put in a service request around 2:30 pm and called around 3:30 pm and nobody was available. My AC has been on 74 running for hours, but my apartment temp is 81. The outside temps peaked at 90 today. Yet when I finally got through to the answering device (after 4) i had to argue with the lady who told me that the temperature in my area was not what I said it was. So at this time I have yet to receive help.

Just had to get a shower replaced in my master room. Shawn was on time of things when he seen my shower was in bad shape and didn't have to wait to long for the work. The contractor and crew were pleasant did what they had to do in a timely manner and left no mess behind. The times I've had to have maintenance to come it's never been over two days. The ground as been kept good and like the fact I have a fitness area, swimming pool and tennis court. The people in this area where I live keep to themselves and are friendly. I really love that I have a mail slot that I can send mail out. One thing I see is a problem is that we could use another trash/recycle bends added to the ones we have. She has even provided me with resources when needed. Neighbors are friendly and it is safe neighborhood, there are cameras to ensure safety. This summer to air went out, I immediately told the property manager and she had my air working by the time I got off work. I recommend if anyone is looking for a new home to check them out!

Even in the early stages, when I was inquiring, she spoke bad about the tenants, but later showed how she is probably the problem. You think it's not a big deal until you consider having to deal with her every month, if not more. Just save your time and energy. I promise you, your peace is more important than an easy fix. I the…read moreearly hours of Friday, December 6, 2013 the neighbors in the building that I live in had their apartment broken into, because anyone can walk in through the very much not secured and dark entry way, were tortured and one was shot by the intruders. I have called the office and left messages, because they never answer the phone, about the light that does not work in the hallway, but nothing has been done about it. Over a year ago they handed out security fobs for entering the buildings, but never locked the doors. There is always something going on here and the police are at the complex on a regular basis. I will be moving as soon as I can. I tell anyone I hear that is considering this place to look elsewhere. I wish I never moved into this place. The office staff is rude and the turn over is ridiculous. They keep raising rent every year, but nothing changes and the place just gets worse.
